We had our pre-winter check up a couple of weeks ago and it was determined that the blower fan and evaporator coil both needed a thorough cleaning. They returned this week to do the cleaning. Joeseph was the service tech who completed the service and I was very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy.

My technician was great and answered all my questions. He came and helped me promptly and offered multiple possible solutions. I really appreciate the friendly service and how quickly they were able to solve my issue. My only complaint is the price of Freon was far higher than the high end of what I would expect. I don’t mind paying for excellent service, but the actual product seems highly overpriced to me.

Joseph was great to work with. He was VERY through, making sure there were no leaks. He double checked about everything he could and stayed until 9:00 PM to insure the unit was working correctly after the repairs were complete. We are very satisfied with the level of service we received.

Prudhom has always blown me away with their level of professionalism and courtesy. I’ve had them out to do several jobs on my system now, and they always strive to look for creative solutions, take the time to explain it and help you to understand it, and execute it at a level that to me seems like nothing short of perfection. Unlike a lot of companies out there who seem to just want to sell you a new unit, these fine folks always look for solutions and only recommend a new unit if it’s absolutely necessary. I’ve had six of their techs to the house over the last couple of years, and they’ve all been great. I’ve had them do duct work, general maintenance, and recently even had to replace the entire system due to age. They are excellent communicators, show up in a timely manner, strap booties on their feet before entering your home (surprisingly rare and may not seem like much to some, but to me it’s a very courteous and respectful gesture), and truly exhibit a level of pride and professionalism in their work that seems rare now a days. Big shout out for a solid replacement job by Dakota and Mason. They did a fantastic job and my house is now nice a cool. Heck, they even swept the garage area they had been working in! They definitely go above and beyond. Also appreciate the solid work done on past jobs from Carlos, Nathan, and Joseph. Finally, I just wanted to give a big shout out to Kaison. That young man is the epitome of a pro. Your technicians are literally the face of your company, and you definitely not only have a fantastic tech but an ambassador for your company with that man. His level of professionalism, compassion for his clients, his expertise and the pride he takes in his work go above and beyond and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. Don’t let that one get away on you. That man is worth his weight in gold. My thanks and appreciation to the folks at Prudhom. I look forward to continuing to work with you fine folks for any HVAC needs I have down the road. Thank you for all that you do.

I typically try to fix things myself, but Prudhom helped when the job was just too far beyond me. Though a bit pricey, it secured me accurate and powerful repairs that I wouldn't have even known to attempt. In that way, it was worth every penny. Highly recommend! Needed service work quickly and they were able to come out same day! Jason in the office was great in getting me set up ASAP. Nate was the technician and he was excellent at communication and did a fantastic job. He texted me photos when job was complete so I could send to inspector to show requested work was completed.

Jason in the office was nice, courteous and explained their process very well. Nate was right on time and called 30 min before he arrived. He explained the process and checked our furnaces, explained the issues, outlined the costs and completed the repairs. Eric was very friendly when he arrived. He explained what the maintainer program we have is and checked the necessary equipment. Heater and thermostat. Everything was great!

Prudhom Heating & Air Conditioning was respectful, prompt, and has excellent technicians! Our tech (I can't remember his name, unfortunately) was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired our AC in no time. The price was comparable to other companies, except the others said it would be the next week before they could come out. Edit: it's 2025 and I'm still a happy customer. The service plan is worth it. They do a comprehensive checkup on your system inside and out. Thanks to Joseph for taking great care of us!

That had someone out within a hour. A young man named Kadence came and explained everything that he was doing. Once he found the problem he let us know what it was and how much it cost before and explained the issue. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely will use them again in the future

From the sales rep to the installers to the office staff, everyone at Prudhom was fantastic. The icing on the cake was after installation they put together the portfolio of documents needed for the rebates. They went above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

I have had Prudom Mechanicals ’Team looking after our HVAC systems for a few years now. I have had nothing but spectacular service each and every time they come out to the house to maintain our two systems. Most recently Kaden was out for our Spring/Summer tune up. He did an outstanding job maintaining our system getting us ready for the summer. He proactively found a condenser fan in one of our condensers that was soon to fail. Joe came out to service the unit for winter. Very kind and told me exactly what he was doing (since I was hovering), checked the inside unit and pressures on the outside unit to make sure it was all working correctly in heat mode. Will definitely renew my yearly service.
