Prosperity Air Conditioning & Heating

They are way overpriced, they not only overcharge me for labor .30 minutes $500, but they gouged on parts too, part was only $250 but they charge me $490. Basically they changed the blower motor for me and charge me $1000. I will never recommend their services to anyone.

I called this Morning and had an Appointment for 11:30. Jose showed up 20 minutes early had the problem Diagnosed & parts were Ordered before Noon 😁

I am late in writing this review. At the beginning of summer, this year, 2024, my A/C went out. I called Prosperity Air, I have used their services before. It was after hours and their receptionist, checked in and listened to my message and minutes later she returned my call. She gave me some suggestions to try and when those did not work she scheduled me an appt for the very next day. I was so great full. All in all they stayed until the job was done. The owner, Margarito, came out to let me know it will be fixed that day, he knew that my 92 yr old mom lives with me. I will continue to use and recommend Prosperity Air. The professionalism, respect and caring for their clients comfort starts at the receptionist , techs and the owner. Thank you prosperity Air from me and my family.

We've been using Prosperity Air Conditioning and Heating for several years now. They are always quick to respond and do excellent work. The pricing is always fair and honest. I would highly recommend their services!

I cannot say enough about Prosperity! They are the best! They came and fixed my problem within a couple hours and got us up and going. Very nice, professional staff and even took the time to explain the problem and what they did to fix it. Thank you Prosperity.

A/C suddenly stopped working just before bedtime. Called Prosperity the next morning and they had a tech out in 45 minutes. Had the problem diagnosed shortly thereafter. Parts came in late the next afternoon and even though it was after 6pm, Prosperity came out with 2 techs and got me up and running. Can't say enough good things about how polite and professional they were. Very grateful that they cared enough to get my air conditioning up and running so we didn't have to be uncomfortable all night. Kudos to Prosperity Air Conditioning and its owner for a job well done!

Gino and the office are the best! American home warranty assigned Garcia Air and they were horrendous. Steer clear of Garcia Air! Prosperity Air cleaned up Garcia's mess and did it after 7 PM with a smile. I love them! Customer service reigns supreme with Prosperity Air! Gino fixed my air within 20 minutes and we are "cool" cats now! Best a/c company ever! Thank you!

Prosperity Air was able to schedule a same day service appointment. George the technician was prompt,very thorough, professional and did excellent work. I would definitely recommend them.

Prosperity wanted $4,500.00 to fix my a/c. I contacted another company and they fixed my a/c for $758.00. I am disabled army vet and I don't appreciate Prosperity trying to rip me off.

I'm not good with names but last week I called to have my furnace checked out, service guy came out he was right on time same day service and very professional. He inspected my furnace and found a bad circuit board. I then went and ordered part on my own installed it and he was right. My furnace is back and running again. Thanks prosperity air.

Called at 4:54 and secretary to ask for a quote because Unit stopped working. She told me next available appointment was in 5 days. She mentioned “you are calling at the end of the day good look at finding something”, I did not appreciate her comment.

Great price, on time repair

I've used Prosperity Air twice now (heater and AC) and I've been VERY pleased with their level of service. I'd highly recommend them!

I spoke to a guy name Marks and set appointment between 3-5pm no one ever came. I called at 4:55 and the recorder said they are closed at 5pm. No one call, it's just like I was spoke to a ghost earlier. Bad business. 👎

Told us we had a water leak and couldn't complete work so we had leak fixed waited three weeks to dry out and had them come back and they told us we still have a leak so checked for myself and no leak called them back he said he would send someone out never did almost a month ago so they basically charged us 80 dollars to tell us we had a leak very unprofessional company

Margarito is the best made a call in the rain after hours and was there prompt to repair a competitors mistake thank you so much
