I work for a company who has been using Nexgen for years and will continue to do so. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. A special shout out to the man who came to both 1022 and 1028 8th St E today. He was so kind and made the experience an easy one. As well to Steph the dispatcher who is always so polite and professional. She is wonderful at her job and no matter how many times I call I always get such great and kind service from her.

The company went above and beyond to assist with our companies move. They took care of all our gas lines for our generator, putting in new duct work, our new AC split unit for our server room and move. Great company to work with and understood what we need and made it work.

Nex Gen has been servicing our boiler for several years. I am so impressed with how hard they work to try to get a long life out of our aging boiler. They are always, polite, knowledgeable and patient. They always make sure I understand what is going on and how it will be taken care of. They have excellent technicians who are very skilled, polite and always show up when they say they will. I love that they always send the same technician. Luke Patient has been taking care of us for years. He is exceptional at his job. He knows our system very well and has on occasion even been able to help us with a simple phone call. I wouldn't go to anyone else. I highly recommend Nex Gen.

NEW REVIEW: Another rave review to Ryan and the dispatch team, Steph and Kelly. Eight years later and I'm still grateful to be a client of a company that really cares. OLD REVIEW (six years ago) I have been a client of NexGen for the last two years and have had nothing but great things to say about each of the technicians. Last week our boiler in our house went down on Wednesday night and Ryan from NexGen worked tirelessly on a friday to try and get it up and running during the coldest day of the year. They are not only a great and reputable company, each one of them has a heart and a true understanding of customer service. I am lucky to have them in my corner. From Jodi to Kelly, Ryan, Kyle and Chad, I honestly felt taken care of which took such immense stress off of the whole situation.

Was able to speak with the owner, Jeff Young. Although he wasn't able to help me with my residential property, he did give me an amazing amount of information that left me confident in my furnace replacement venture. Thank you so much Jeff, for taking the time to walk me though what would be the best value for my dollar! Would definitely recommend NexGen to any commercial project based on this interaction.

We recently had Nexgen Mechanical install a dishwasher at our shop. They were on time and did an excellent job on the installation and clean up! Will be using then again.

I have known Jeff and used his company for several years. I have had them do furnace replacement and hot water system upgrades in my home and a hot water heater replacement at my store.They continue to offer superior service. I have experienced very prompt replies to my calls and efficient attention to the required maintenance of my equipment. I highly endorse this company.

Highly recommend this company. Had NexGen install furnace and air conditioner. Derek was very friendly and worked quickly to complete the job. We are very happy with the service and work that was completed.

Today I was following a NexGen vehicle that was making a left hand turn onto 8th street. He pulled into the intersection and saw that there was a pedestrian crossing 8th street. Most drivers would have gone and the pedestrian probably would have had to pause halfway but he waited until she had safely made it to the other side. In a world where we are on the ready to go on attack, I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the little acts of kindness that happen daily if you watch for them. So Kudos to the employee that was driving today. Its these little things that make all the difference in the world.

Unfortunately, I was billed for unauthorized work completed. They claim to have called me prior to completing repair to receive authorization. I did not receive any phone that day from them or even to alert me what was wrong with the AC when I had only authorized diagnostics to be done. The bill was rather large and I was stuck paying for work I did not authorize.

So I was driving down Circle Drive the other day and watch this guy in a NexGen truck speed (About 110kph in a 90kph zone) and cut off this girl driving, totally no need as no one was behind her. She honked I swerved and the driver, a NEXGEN guy gives her the finger!! Unreal! So I stopped ahead when I saw her pull into a gas station and she said she had called as the truck also threw a large rock up and cracked her window, and she said the owner didn't even care. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!! I WILL CONTACTING ANY CUSTOMERS I EVER SEE THEIR TRUCKS AT ABOUT THE TYPE OF OWNER THIS COMPANY HAS AND NOT TO MENTION THEIR EMPLOYEES!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Their trucks are around the city driving CARELESS. On January 8, 2020 at 8:55 am their F-150 Number 2 Licence Plate #553- was driving around 90 km/h on Claypool Drive heading East. It was in the mid of a Blizzard with 10cm of snow. The driver was in the right lane and realizes that he needed to turn left on the Airport Drive, he just jump two lanes in front of the other cars without using the signing lights or care about the other drivers.

Tell your drivers to quit tailgating people. After driving up way too fast when there's clearly slow traffic ahead.

My furnace was fixed and checked for carbon monoxide by a knowledgeable technician. I would definitely recommend Nextgen.

We got same day service and they did the furnace repair on the spot. Everything was explained well in the initial phone call. We feared needing a new furnace, instead all we needed was a simple repair to a leaky valve without the need for any expensive parts. Another vendor was trying to sell us a new furnace, which fortunately, is something we don't yet need.
