The work was done VERY WELL! The team is very professional and has a great knowledge of the work they do. They are extremely responsible, clean, and punctual. They explain to you the problem and then give you different options on how it can be fixed. They are not "pushy" but after listening to what they know, you have no problem entrusting them with the work needed. I was extremely pleased with their work and would hire them again if needed.

Eddy is the best. I have had "repair" companies come to do work on our A/Cs and walk in refrigerator, spend hours looking at it just to press a reset button, ambiguously charge some random number, which is usually $300 upwards with no clear explanation of what they did, only to have the the thing break again the next day. Eddy does not do repeat business model. He genuinely does want to fix things and is true professional of his craft. His prices are clear and very competitive. For all HVAC needs I would not want to use anyone else.

Eduardo has always been prompt, courteous, professional, and has always given me the best prices for his services. He's always gone out of his way above and beyond what's expected and has on numerous occasions saved the day! I'd recommend him to anyone who needs regular mechanical service repair.

Complete abandonment after the sale I initially thought they were out of business as the unit has been problematic and I have placed at least 10-15 messages as they do not have a person answering just a voice mail. The unit started losing coolant pressure within 2 years of install. And I have struggled to find a geothermal experienced Service provider. So 5 years post install I have had at least 8 service calls and a recent 2500 expense to replace the defective part. My messages were always polite and detailing the issue(no heat or ac ) I typicaly left a series of messages on each occasion with never a call back. Ever. The install was courteous and my bill was paid immediately. So unless you like being ignored or left in cold on service after the sale I would avoid this service. Learned the hard way on this one. Walk away.
