Bought a Midea AC and it was recalled. Midea sent a repair person to put in the new part and he broke the whole unit in the process and left it broken. Have been on hold with Midea for hours and hours- no resolution, no call back, nothing. No AC for days. I would NEVER buy Midea products again.

Their washing machines are made cheaply, their customer service is horrid and takes 5+ business days to do anything, no one within several hundred miles will service their machines, and they will fight you tooth and nail to keep you from either getting your machine fixed/replaced/returned. Any time you want anything done, you have to call them to make sure they're doing anything. My washer went from working, to something making a grinding/growling sound, and then just start smoking and burning. I bought a Midea washer in August 2022, my first one broke within 30 days and it was within warranty at the big box seller so I got a new one. I was told that the warranty for the second one would only last through the rest of the time for the first kne we bought. Sucks, but didn't think anything of it. My second washer was acquired in September 2022, and breaks in September 2023. I call Midea about getting it repaired and they get my case number started, I get it started and they ask for my receipt, model number, and serial number for my washer. They get it. Several days pass, and they say "cool, were having someone look at everything you sent. It'll take us 1-2 business days." When they do get back to me, they ask to verify my address, and 2-3 business days pass. I call them because our washer has been broken for a week, and the rep says they will verify my information and have a service technician call me within 4-5 business days. I ask the rep if I can get the contact information of repair people in the mean time and the first place they tell me about, when I called, said they do not service the washers and do not know how to get a hold of the parts to do so. I call again, and ask for another repair company, and they do not answer phone calls or something. Just pay $100 bucks more for a real washer and avoid this company as a whole.

I bought a new window AC from this brand, unfortunately it didn't last 3 months. The company's customer service is horrible, no one wants to solve anything for you. I have had no success with this garbage. I do not recommend it to anyone, extremely inferior quality product. I'm never going to spend a penny of my money on this brand again.

Trash non-US company (MADE IN CHINA) with cheap, inferior, unreliable products. Customer service is a joke and won't help you once they've taken your hard earned money. Professional hvac companies won't even touch this junk for liability reasons! Avoid at all costs!!

Very unprofessional customer service, they don’t honor warranties, let their phones ring at times until caller hangs up, and distributes non working A/C units to hardworking people. Customer service gives the run around. Between my Husband, and I we’ve called and emailed, contact person with the company is “Stephanie “ whom never completes anything she says she’ll do. Beware of this company Artic King A/C is what I purchased. Never worked, and we suffered the entire summer without A/C .

I have install Midea less a year, the unit having problems, I have called customer service but no help. and wast time not receive warranty service. 4 times talk to customer reps , they are not professional trained, I have not getting any help or get any warranty service or help. One year AC already have problems.

Bought Midea washer only had it 5 months and it already broke down spent a whole day trying to schedule a warranty repair customer service made me jump through hoops for 2 hrs answering un related questions claiming it was trouble shooting then turned me away cause I didn't have the serial even though I provided proof of purchase and model number and say they can't expedite a delivery for parts and say i have wait another 10 days to get the washer repaired definitely not an good way to do business
