Saturday evening on October 25th, our lights started flickering and we lost power for about 15 minutes. This Kept happening all night. My husband flipped our breakers and that didn?t seem to help. Sunday morning, half our house lost power completely. I started calling electricians. Maverick replaced our breaker box a year in a half ago so we didn?t think it was the box. I called Maverick Electric Sunday to see if someone could come out and find what the problem was. I was told the first available appointment was Tuesday morning. My husband called another electrician, and they said they would send someone out Monday morning as this was a SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN! I don?t think we slept for two hours that weekend. Monday morning, I left for work and my husband met the electrician at our home. The guy looked around and checked our breaker box and found that a wire had been tightened too tight in our new breaker box and it snapped. My husband text me this, and I called Maverick right away

Arrived same day. R&R next day. Excellent customer service. Owner showed up and gave us a deal, we needed right away. New install the next morning. Friendly with experience makes this company exceptional. Highly recommended.

I booked a cleaning for my AC in preparation for summer (clean coils, vacuum out, check wires) the appoint window was 8am-12pm , they came at 130pm. During the process the cleaning foam to clean the coils (degrease them) malfunctioned. The driver had no back up and blamed it on warehouse not allowing him to order what he needed to keep his vehicle stocked. After spraying it off with water he attempted to put it back together and complete the job as is. I asked him what about all of the sludge (pic below) at the bottom and he said he would get it if I wanted him too. REALLY!? The job is simple cleaning the AC unit. All he was going to do was spray it with water and put it back together. This outer pics it's how he left it and apologized for not being able to do a complete job, then in the next sentence asked for payment. What a joke. Didn't even bother to reschedule or correct the problem. I contacted the office and gave them a chance (a day) to at least reach out and speak with me abo

I had Maverick come out to replace a 58 year old fuse box, wiring, and installation of a surge protector. They sent Nate Alexander out to give me a 3 option package of what to choose from. I made the decision on the option and Nate was there two days later. He spent six hours doing the job Was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Nate not only was very professional, but so kind and polite. As he hails from Texas I can see the Southern good manners are very much a part of his personality. Although this is a young company, I can see why it has grown so rapidly. QUALITY and INTEGRITY. I had a great experience with Maverick and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Yes Ma'am I surely will !!
