Service guy was on time, courteous and professional. Scheduling was easy and Christy was wonderful, helpful and kind. We have used magic mike for years as we have a system that’s funky and no one else in town could fix it. We pay for the annual maintenance visits and it’s 10/10 worth it.

Fast response (actually, the only response) after several "no shows" from other repairmen. Brian was very friendly and courteous as well as professional. The job turned out to be more involved than we had anticipated, but Brian stuck with it and completed all repairs to our gas furnace. Also, Christy was very communicative and helpful! Overall, a great experience with Magic Mike's.

We've been customers for over a year since moving into this condo, which had the mini splits already installed from the previous owners. We have a maintenance plan that allows for a fall and spring servicing. The technicians we have had have been really good: professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and clean up everything. They take the time to explain what they are doing and review the service with us. We had one technician we did not think was as careful and the company immediately responded and took care of the situation. I recommend this company and their services.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The crew showed up over three hours late to our scheduled job walk, and I received no communication ahead of time about the delay. I waited around unnecessarily, and when they did arrive, there didn’t seem to be much concern or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. To make matters worse, it’s been weeks since that visit and I still haven’t received a quote. Then I got a text asking how the service was—so here it is. It’s really unfortunate, because I had initially wanted to give your company a chance. You seemed knowledgeable and capable, and I likely would’ve chosen to work with you. But in the end, I had to go with another company who followed through. I hope this feedback helps you improve things for future customers. Thank you for asking.

This place is wonderful! Quick service, friendly and helpful scheduling staff, and Bryan was really kind and did a great job. He found multiple issues with our system and walked us through next steps. Definitely a company we will call again as needed :)

Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable service. I’ve had Brian with Magic Mike’s Heating and Cooling do a few service calls, and an installation of a zoned system that modified an exiting forced-air HVAC system. The owner sold a heat pump to us while he was working for NW Mechanical. NW Mechanical closed down their residential services department shortly after our 1 year installation warranty was up. The heat pump wasn't maintaining temperature and we called them. They wouldn't send someone out. We called a repair service. They came and diagnosed an installation problem and recommended we re-contact Pacific NW Mechanical. They said our warranty was up and their hands were tied. They connected us to Brian Castleberry, the new owner of Magic Mike's. Even though he was no longer associated with PNM, he gave us a call and straightened things out on his own. The problem was resolved to our satisfaction. He has integrity. We were impressed.

I have aways appreciated Brian's knowledge and expertise- he is down to earth, friendly and brings many years of experience - each time he has serviced our system. He is fair and upfront, reassuring and confident- a master of his trade. Kristy runs the front office and is kind, helpful and knowledgeable whenever I call for scheduling or billing matters.
