Kohler spent the last two days installing a whole home ducted heat pump. The crew was very efficient and friendly and we couldn’t be happier with the work they performed. They cleaned up everything, even wiping up dust from floors after drilling the vents. They were very respectful of our home and our indoor only cat. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Unit not cooling

Wally showed up on time and got to work. Kohler was able to get him here the day we needed him to install buried propane piping. The work was completed in a timely and professional way. Wally answered all our questions clearly and completely. We will call Kohler again when we have HVAC needs.

Friendly, informative, good worker!

This is our second year using Kohler Heating and Air for maintenance on our system. Nathaniel was very professional and knowledgeable, and the company was very responsive when scheduling an appointment. I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner stopped working and we called Kohler Heating and Air Conditioning out to have a look. The technician was on time, polite, very professional. He talked us through what he was doing to diagnose the problem and what the fix would be as he trouble shot our air conditioning problem. The technician presented us with the broken part that he was able to replace along with all the diagnostic process he accomplished. Overall it was a fantastic appointment for us. Not only did our air conditioner get fixed quickly but the technician was very through and professional. I would highly recommend Kohler Heating and Air Conditioning.

After having an inspection, I was made aware of a couple parts needing to be replaced on my 15 year plus heat pump... while parts are expensive these days, the price was reasonable for the work and it was much easier to pay when you get a great tech like Ron, who came out on time, did the work quickly, explained everything clearly and detailed, and was genuinely nice. Thank you for an excellent experience!
