Interstate Heating & Air Conditioning

These guys were super fast. I had a lot of trouble finding a dependable air conditioning company. But now I've discovered these guys. They responded quickly and accurately, demonstrating a thorough under-standing of the issues. They did an excellent job repairing our air conditioner. Thank you so much, guys!

Interstate installed a new ac / heating system in my house 8 years ago. Needed service for the first time made a phone call to them gave me an appointment called to confirm the night before and tech called an hour before he came on time. Diagnosied the issue quickly got to work and was out in less then an hour he even had the part on his truck. Very professional and clean tech! Even wore the blue botties on his shoes. The office also was very courteous and easy to work with. Thank you interstate looking forward to using you in the future.

Have a service contract with interstate usually takes 2 or 3 days to give an appointment for service. but once they show up you know the issue is solved and fixed even if it means driving across Brooklyn to find that rare part for our unit. Interstate thank you for keeping our customers comfortable

Beware!!! If you do not have a contract with them, don't even bother calling especially during the summer months. Even though I had used them twice in the past they just took my credit card info and never gave me an appointment. After calling them 3 times I was given a time and date but they never showed. While talking to a neighbor in my Midtown building, they had a similar experience. The poor ladies in the office are very nice and try to be helpful but cannot do anything without the approval of this "Ray" person who I've asked to call me back but never did. The best part was that every time I called back the lady I had last spoken to was "no longer with the company." How is this place still in business?? They have total disregard for their customers and employees alike!!

Wouldn't bother even contacting this group. They were totally unresponsive and when I finally got through were abrupt/rude and said they weren't taking on any new customers. They flatly refused to help in any way.

The technician, Patrick, is a very good guy. All the questions I had he answered them spot-on for me.

The technician was really friendly and professional. He explained everything to me. He took his time and made sure I understood everything that was being done. He replaced the parts it needed and made sure it was working right. I will hire them again if needed.

They guy told us the wrong thing.I found them in the phone book. The interaction was fine. They said the whole things the whole heating and air needed to be replaced and it didn't. They came out after hours.

That is hard. Everything cost more than you want it to. The part was awfully expensive. That is not their fault, parts cost what they cost.

It was very good. They are prompt and thorough.

They did help me put it in though I probably could have done it myself. The service call should have been $89. My bill was 200. So I guess I paid them over $100 to install my thermostat. It took 10 minutes.

It literally couldn't have gone better.
