I had a great experience with this company installing my new boiler. Their pricing was fair compared to other estimates I received. Dave walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions, and his team came in and did a great job with the installation. With so many scammers out there, I truly felt comfortable working with this company and will absolutely use them again in the future.

He came at the scheduled time with the proper materials and did the job in highly proficient manner installed the hot water, circulator so that the controls were clearly visible. He explained the operation very clearly. He has my highest recommendation.

Want to give great praise to David Weinfeldt and staff. I experienced home boiler and pipe issues. Compared to other's Dave gave a excellent and fair price quote. I had other quotes, but Dave stood behind his. I accepted his offer. Omar and William arrived on time. They looked at the task and gave a great resolution. Replacing pipes and boiler work is never easy, especially when working behind walls etc. Omar and William did a neat and professional job. When completed they showed me what was done and offered great maintenance advice. Dawson Mechanical is the way to go.

Great! The workers are very professional and punctual. They installed a tankless water heater. They cleaned everything up when they were done and then explained how it worked and how to maintain it throughout the years so it would work better. I highly recommend this company.

In November of 2024, the house needed major plumbing work such as replacing a 50 + year old boiler, leaky bathroom faucet and sink, old basement utility sink, gate valves, and installing the line for the new refrigerator ice and water dispenser. Thanks to Angi, Dave Weinfeldt, contacted me and the rest is history. He personally visited my home and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate for the entire project. He sent highly experienced, talented, and trained expert plumbing professionals and a electrician to do the work. After it was all done, I can honestly say that I'm extremely satisfied with quality of the work. As a licensed boiler operator, witnessed this outstanding work. We had an older Heatmaker combination unit boiler that was 32 years old that needed to be replaced. We started out with several estimates and first decided what could be used in our space constrained garage. We decided on a Navien combination unit and focused a obtained a couple more estimates. Dawson in fact was one of the last estimates we obtained. While Dave from Dawson had the benefit of us being well along the learning curve, he was able to answer all of our questions about the new unit and how best to solve the condensate dilemma. He even was spot on with regards to treating our well water to minimize scale buildup in our new boiler. We knew we had reached that point where we felt we had found the best installer in Dave. Dave verified his condensate solution with the local township inspector and we scheduled the install date in two weeks. Carlos and Pablo showed up on time and dismantled the old unit and piping and did a first rate and well thought out installation job. Carlos had extensive experience installing these Navien units and it really showed. They managed to work in a tight space that PSE&G’s installers would not have with relocating a well tank. After all the plumbing was done, Ricky did the electrical work and adjusted some final dip switch settings before firing up the new boiler. Dave and his crew really are top notch. His front office staff (Wanda and Ondrea) made the PSE&G interest free financing and permitting approval process seemless. We are looking forward to the operation and efficiency of our new high efficiency boiler for years to come. If you are installing a Navien high efficiency combo unit, we highly recommend using Dawson Mechanical!

Most professional service around who will be absolutely upfront with what work they are going to do and the price. The work was perfect and absolutely no hidden fees. I will be using them going forward as my main hvac and plumbing service.

The Dawson people were punctual, efficient, and courteous. It was an extensive job (replacing most of my house's plumbing), and I'm really happy with the result.

They did a good job I had a tenant complain about the shower not being hot and the water heaters getting sandy, they changed the shower cartridge and didn't find anything to "fix" on the heater so I think they are pretty honest, small company not with alot of overhead to OVERCHARGE you. They do the work that's requested and don't make more up.

Dave and his crew were excellent. They replaced our toilet and fixed the toilet flange as quickly as possible. Their communication from our first contact to job completion was excellent. Best of all, the final price was well within the initial estimate, so there were no surprises. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing work done.

I needed to replace my Water Heater with a special order Bradford Smith. This company is fair priced and does quality work. The office staff are great at answering the phone and very helpful to insure that any permits or paperwork gets done in a timely manner.

Matt was beyond professional. He explained everything he was doing along the way and made sure I understood all the parts he was adding and how to take care of them in winter. The job required brazing new pipe, drilling through an exterior wall, and installing a hose bit on the outside of the house. Matt got the job done with a great attitude and a helpful, friendly communication style. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use Dawson again. Eileen on the phone was also lovely!

David and his team are always on time and deliver exceptional quality work. I did 3 big projects with them over last 2 years and will hire them again if needed. His estimates are very accurate and he will tell you when the project should be done. I recently had to call them right before 4th of July due to my boiler not firing. He came next day and quickly found the issue (the back draft sensor triggered and had to be reset). He explained why this usually happens and how to reset it myself. He and his crew had a project in my area and due to that didn't charge for this visit. This is the honest plumber I was looking for!

Our boiler broke 3 days before the last major snow storm. Dave promptly answered our call for an estimate and was there the next day as promised. It went great. I originally received a classic "looks like you'll need a new boiler system" from another company when in fact the boiler didn't need replacing. I called Dawson Mechanical and they did a thorough inspection and tested it. I've used them in the past to re-architect all the pipes running the steam and condensate. Really experienced guys over there. I'm happy.
