Had a MacBook given for repair. Unfortunately parts were not available to complete the repair. Price for the diagnostic work was very responsible. Had to take it back for something they caused during their repairs but they rectified the issue. For that reason I did not give full five stars.

These guys were awesome to deal with. Highly recommend. I went to a horrible place for a screen replacement and they ended up breaking my motherboard. Ifix got me out of a pickle and fixed everything this other company broke and fixed my screen as well. Very happy customer here

They did fix my iPhone 15pro screen and battery in 40 min. They awesome . They do their best to treat the customer well and get along well with the customer.

Like one reviewer said...very unorganized and would not recommend them. Took my cell phone in for a new battery and our tablet glass replacement. I was told it would take a couple weeks, longer than I thought but ok. Well after 2 weeks I called to find out what was going on, was told they had not even ordered the parts yet and if I wanted it fixed it would cost an extra $40 dollars. I seriously would not recommend these people, if I could give them a zero star I would. With all the repair centers in Edmonton, I would expect a little bit of loyalty from this company but no, they must be making too much money and don't care about their customers.

Excellent, courteous professional service. Have been here many many times for iPad/ iPhone issues. We are told up front what the cost is and there are no hidden fees or surprises. I have sent my brother over and refer my friends as well. Quality parts are used- I have screens replaced elsewhere and was disappointed at the other two places; no disappointment here with the quality of the replacement parts.

I can say I was treated extremely well. I took five phones to find out what’s the issue they just keep breaking and I get another one finally I decided to try this place. They feasted everything estimated the cost and charged me nothing. Find that service anywhere. Btw when they changed locations they called to let me know and kept me in the loop. I find if there is no money no action these people worked to get my business but the repairs where not worth it and they agreed. I will recommend them always.

Had water damage and apple refused to even clean it. They gave me a $2333.45 estimate for repair or suggested to buy a new laptop. These guys did it for me in $150. I was lucky not to loose any data. They're amazing! I recommend it fully.

I took my macbook here to have water damage repaired. The keys didn't work and it eventually wouldn't even turn on. The people here looked at it right away, cleaned out the damage and replaced the keyboard all in a few hours. It was only 300$. I would definitely recommend this place! The parts have a 6 month warranty as well, which is nice.

I had water damage on my macbook air that was quoted a $1300 repair at apple, these guys did it for $300. Could not be happier! Their service was quick and I'm happy with the job they did. 100% recommend!

Got my screen replaced less then 2 weeks ago. Been very hard to use and barely works half the time, glitches like crazy. Waist of $135. I went and got a new phone. Be nice to have some money back for garbage work.

I am VERY IMPRESSED. This was the second time iFix fixed my laptop from water damages. The first time of water damage - I spilled a LARGE cup of steeped tea on my laptop. Apple quoted me $1,100 and apparently, my apple care didn’t cover water damage. iFix's diagnosis cost was $50 and they said no guarantees for a fix. However, iFix fixed my laptop and replaced the parts for $300 only ($50+labor & parts costs). Worked perfectly after that. This time, I spilled a little bit of bubble tea and I damaged it again. I made the mistake of turning it off and turning it back on immediately. Do not do that. Turn it off after the water damage and place in rice immediately and do not turn it back on until 3 days later. (That's what another repair centre said) iFix fixed it again and it was only $150 ($50+labor costs) since no parts had to be ordered this time. Nothing got erased...when I logged back into the laptop, the webpage I was on was still there. I am beyond grateful and very happy with their service. The turnaround time was also 4 days which is very quick especially in this quarantine time period.

We were there to fix a broken (literally broken into screen and body, two pieces) MacBook Pro that had wifi issue. Unlike other places in Edmonton (we have been four different places before coming here--they either demanded money before looking into it, or refused to look in), he knew what the problem was as soon as he saw the laptop. He suggested several methods to fix the problem, and once we chose one, he fixed it right away. The price was really reasonable, and his service was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Payed them 250.00 for a new screen front and back on my S6 Galaxy. After a week the screen started cracking all over and crumbling. Cheap no quality replacement parts. I swear they are plastic. Not impressed. Service was good though.

I recently given my laptop Macbook Pro 2015 model for water damage repair and that technician told me to replace keyboard. I said ok and he charged me $265 including GST not given invoice. When I went home I noticed that battery is draining fast and system saying service recommended replacement battery. When I checked with apple tech they said battery and keyboard is coming one single module how he replaced keyboard alone. IFix tech didn't showed me replaced parts. I am very upset with there service and my laptop is not working now.

I'm honestly amazed. So I spilled tea and my new (2 month old) MacBook got plenty of water damage. Apple did diagnostics and told me that for them to fix it it will cost $1900, the MacBook only costs $1800. Guys at iFix repair center fixed my laptop in one day and left me speechless. Can't thank them enough. Great job. Would recommend.

Well organized and competant staff, always provide honest advice . I've got my MacBook Pro fixed which got water damage and IPhone 6 screen replaced in much less prices as quoted by other computer repair shops. Really hapy with the quality of work and strongly recommend these guys.

I went to this store a few weeks ago to fix the screen of my Samasung cellphone , the screen was replaced by the "highest quality screen" according to the owner of the shop , I paid 120 dollars for that !! Firstly, he didn't give me a receipt , then after only around a month the screen was burned I went to him, he refused even to look at it and ask for money again to re replace the screen , I defintely refused to pay more and I will contact Alberta customer protection It ia worth mentioning, that the screen was fissured from the first few days of its replacement In general it was one of the most terrible experience I have

My macbook had coffee spilled in it and apple said it would be $2600 to fix. I brought it to iFix and they fixed it for $200 in a few days. My computer is working great and I didn't lose any files. I was thrilled with the fix.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I spent hundreds of dollars fixing my screen and battery on my iPhone 11 just to be left with non authentic parts that resulted me to return to get my screen fixed time and time again I brought this to their attention and asked for a simple refund their reply was bring in the screen and will give you back your old screened are you kidding me you put a two dollar screen in my phone and unauthentic one so now I am not covered by Apple warranty thanks for that and they refused to return my other two phones that I asked them not to fix and just to have waiting for me when I arrived every time I arrive to pick up my phones the guy was not there and was out of country or not replying to my messages and being really rude when I asked for my property that I own back I am less no choice but to make a police report because I am refuse to let any more companies rip me off or steal from me I do not recommend this place and as you could see I am very highly rated and viewed for my reviews and very rarely do I give a bad review because I don’t like to bring businesses down but I do not stand for this and I do not think this is right you make a lot of money why take money from me I’m a single mother and I do not deserve that especially after how good of business I’ve been bringing this company

Excellent Deal! My MacBook Pro crashed pretty hard. The logic board needed to be replaced and I needed it to be done right away as I am from out of town. The gentlemen at iFix had the part and gave me a great deal on the price. My MacBook Pro runs better than it ever did!

Got my iPhone 7 lcd and battery replaced here. I can see the screen is all blue colour on it and after replace the battery my phone don’t show battery health. I took it to other repair shop on whyte ave .. he open the phone I front of me and when he open my iPhone I see that there was no plates on back camera and battery connector .. poor craftsmanship .. it’s better to pay little more and get it fix properly from people who knows their JOB. My suggestion is avoid this place to get your phone fix.

They charged 400 bucks for changing note 5 screen and did not change the metal band which made gaps that made light visible on the bottom like cheap fake Chinese phones. Another shop said they were supposed to change the metal band and they only priced 350. These people are unprofessional and rip offs. Don't waste your time and money here

My mid 2010 macbook pro had gpu issue that no one in the city even tried fixing. I took it to ifix and these guys said tehy can fix it. Its one of the toughest issues to fix on an older macbook pro. They didnt charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you fo the great service, humble and knowledgeable staff and above eveything, awesome atmosphere of the shop. Great job you guys!

I brought in my XPS 15 laptop to get it repaired. The laptop's monitor was very dim and barely visible, but everything else was still working (confirmed when I was able to use it when connected to external monitor). I was told they would look at it and call me with an estimate the day after. After not hearing from them for 3 days, I called them for an update, and was told that they would call me back in a day or two. They called me back in two days to tell me that they thought that it was a 50/50 chance that might be a software issue and whether I wanted to go ahead with the fix. At this point, I should have just cancelled, and asked for the laptop back (How could it be software issue if the monitor is dim during boot and in BIOs?) but I agreed, and said they would call me the next day with an update. After not hearing from them for a few days, I asked for an update, at which point they said something was wrong with this and that and they were still working on it, and would call me back the next day. Obviously, by now, I'd realized that this 'call back' thing wasn't happening, so every few days I'd call for an update and get the same response - still working on it and the false promise of a call back. After about two weeks (since I dropped off my laptop), when I called, they told me they couldn't fix it, and that it would cost me $78. When I inspected the laptop, it was dirty, scratched, and missing a couple external screws. When I tried to turn on the laptop, it wouldn't work at all. tldr; Laptop with monitor issue: - 2 weeks + $78 for a) constantly having to contact them for updates b) completely dead laptop (worst than before) c) scratched, dirty, and missing screws
