Based on my experience, I strongly warn others to be very careful dealing with this company. They sold me a furnace that stopped working after only one month. After weeks of trying to contact them without any response, I called another company and was told the unit did not appear legitimate and that the serial number had been removed. The seriousness of the situation became clear when I contacted the manufacturer regarding the warranty and could not properly verify the unit. Since then, the seller has disappeared and I have been unable to get any response or resolution. I also spoke with a former employee who told me he no longer works for Benjamin Small because of things he witnessed and did not want to discuss further, which only added to my concern.
