I have never called a taxi cab driver or company tell me I need you to pay in advance. One they're supposed to run a meter to there is no idea on mileage and time. I literally told the driver I know that the trip is going to be very low miles so I would tip you extremely well for your time. And he says well can you pay in advance? I said no I will pay you once you get me to my destination like any other cab company. That is sketchy that is very weird needless to say I would never call this cab company back and I will definitely put the word out on social media how sketchy this place is.

I have this guy as my go to because he has a truck. Always on time and a great price.

The driver was friendly and communicated well. It was also the only cab out of 6 numbers I called that had a cab available anytime soon! Will use them again!

The installation was completed satisfactorily. We also had some other plumbing questions which they addressed. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also gave us a senior discount.

I was able to get a same day opening, and they were able to come earlier because they finished their previous job sooner than expected. They called and notified me when they would be there and were right on time. They helped me diagnose the problem and gave me options before continuing with the work as part of the courtesy trip the company provides. I chose to try to fix it myself. 10 minutes later I had it fixed and working properly. The team was polite and respectful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience especially since they saved me a service charge. I see that some people have mentioned price is an issue, but based on the conversation I had with the techs, their willingness to explain and instruct, and the fact they didn't even charge me a travel charge I would say that they are not in the business of taking advantage of customers. Also I would like to mention they are veteran friendly, but I'm sure any veteran can tell that based off the name.

I have them out a couple of time for various home projects. I continue to try to schedule with them if schedules permit. This last time, Phillip spotted a dangerous configuration left my another larger plumbing company for our gas water heater. I have been happy with their work and they have always been prompt (or will notify you ahead of time if they are going to be delayed), knowledgeable, reasonable and professional. I had them just do some minor work this time (before moving) to unclog a bathroom drain. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing in the South Sound area.

These guys were great. They arrived on time and provided an estimate. We called back a couple hours later to schedule, and they were back later that day. Very prompt and friendly. Work was done 3 months ago and we have no complaints. The price seemed pretty steep, but we go it over and done with.

They arrived within the hours promised, reviewed the job, gave me a fair bid and started working. The quality of the work was great and they both were very easy to work with. I so appreciated the quick and professional response and would recommend this company to anyone needing help with plumbing issues.

The company's responsiveness and professionalism were great. They were here 30 minutes and replaced my kitchen faucet and charged me $395 (out the door $420) and that didn't even include the faucet! They told me it was the industry standard price, but I still feel taken advantage of.
