When I have a problem, Mike is ALWAYS responsive!!! I can tell you that when I have not had heat, or when I have a backed up sewage issue, Mike comes that day. I am beyond happy with his service, and he also tells me what the issue was and how to avoid the issue the in the future. Very very honest man.

This project included moving the new water heater to a new location, hooking into the gas line, water line and running electrical service, and also removal of our former water heater tank. They did a fantastic job, for a great price. They even helped us secure government rebates that were an option at the time to help offset the cost of this project. We have recommended them to family and friends who have hired them for HVAC as well as water heater installations. All have been completely satsified! <br />

My experience with the technician that came out was very good. He was nice, and I liked him. His name was Tony. My experience with the office, on the phone, was poor. They weren't rude, they just acted like I was bothering them. They acted like they had too much business, and they could care less if I used them, or not. They are not the cheapest or the most expensive. The guy that came out, I would give an A. He was very professional. The people in the office I would give an F. I called them 3 times and got a different person every time. No one knew what was going on. Let's put it this way, I wouldn't call GM Mechanical again. I would not recommend them either.

I received 7 estimates for a high efficiency heating and cooling system. They were mostly all very expensive. Many estimates were by "salesmen", so I did a lot of homework to understand everything about HVAC systems. GM Mechanical gave me an extremely good price for the system and installation without the big sales pitch. They also gave me the option of buying my own system from another source and providing only the labor. No other company would break out the labor and equipment costs for me even after pressuring them to provide a breakout. No other company came close to their price for labor and equipment. They obtained all the permits for me. They installed the heater in 1 day and came back to complete the AC the next day. During the city inspection, there were 2 minor problems found which they promptly fixed. They were very helpful with all the rebates and credits, so this part was very easy for me. I was extremely satisfied overall and would definitely use them again. I am recommending them to my neighbors who's systems are also having problems due to the age of the homes.

They were very professional. He actually called and mailed me a welcome package with the estimate in there. He was very professional and courteous. When I do the work I hope to use him, he was very nice. I thought the price was just right.

They were prompt, professional and came on time. They came out to give me an estimate in a timely manner. They are very good. I would use their services in the future too.

Got here right on time,removed the old heater , installed the new one,took measurments for the plenum, at the same time they measured for the PVC. Returned approx 35 min. later with the new plenum,installed it with the rest of the duct work. Ran the PVC pipe approx 40 ft.tied it into the heater, Hooked up the electric and the thermostat then put the heater thru it"s cycle. Approx 6 hr good job

It was the best ever. They were efficient, on time, accomodating, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. They were up to the code of where you live. They were just great. He was also the best priced. He was an "A+" and so were the members of his team.
