The company was honest, professional and helped me with the difficult decision to replace my parent's house with a new unit, both furnace and air. I am in charge of their estate so honesty and integrity mattered!

TO ALL HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!! I am a 100% disabled veteran and my air went out. I made the mistake of calling Elite for help. They sent over a guy that replaced a piece and also told me I was 2 pounds light of Freon. I thought that was odd because I havent had any issues with freon in over 4 years, so I told him to fill it up which he did and I paid him and he left. the next day my AC was back to blowing warm so I called Elite again and they sent out a different tech. This one tells me all my freon is gone, that i have a bad coil, my outside unit was dirty and clogged which caused my unit in the basement to rust, and I need a complete new unit for 15K, which being disabled on a fixed income would be almost impossible. so I called a different company for a second opinion. after the tech looked over my system he said that someone had intentionally unscrewed one of the valves outside which was the cause of my freon loss, he did a pressure test and vaccum test of my system and said nothing was wrong with my unit, that probably all it did need was the original part Elite put on and nothing more was needed. He refilled my system and it has been fine ever since. I cant believe a company today could be as crooked and treat a disabled vet this way, and you have to wonder who else are they taking advantage of. Steer clear of Elite, they have no morals what so ever.

They did a quick and excellent job.

When I talked to the company representative he understood the HVAC business and potential technical issues. He was willing to do the service the way I preferred and the price was about average but reasonable. Hopefully the service technician will be knowledgeable and component.

Elite, Was very responsive to our needs during this summer our air went out the same day we contacted them they had a representative come out to quote a new HVAC system. They were able to come out the next day to install. Other companies we called needed several day. They had the new unit installed within 5 hours. The only problem we had was the men that installed the unit should of given us a less on the thermostat. We tried to figure it out however finally giving we called Elite they were there the next day again to train. Good company, responsive, and competitive in price.

Aaron was the technician that came to fix the problem I had with my furnace. He found a fuse that was bad and replaced it. He also checked to see if the furnace was still running right. After all he did I wasn't charged anything for what he did. Because Aaron said that all he did was replaced a blown fuse . I will definitely use Elite Heating and Air for all my future problems.!!! Thanks again Aaron for your professionalism!

The experience was uneventful which is what I like. At first this was going to be a service call after everything was explained to me throughly I decided to replace the furnance instead of repairing it. Replaced the same day technicians where friendly and pleasant, got the job done and clean. I would recommend Elite.

Came as planned. Worked with excellent workmanship, everythingg was cleaned up very nicely as if they hadn't been here. All was completed as planned. Very enjoyable experience
