We had a great experience with this HVAC company. The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained what was going on with our system. They fixed the issue quickly and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Pricing was fair and there were no surprises. It’s hard to find reliable companies these days, but I definitely trust them and will be using them again!

I LOVE THIS COMPANY! They replaced my old AC with a new one! Very honest and reasonable! Very good communication. Definitely NOT one of those companies who take advantage of the customer in need. I had my HVAC system replaced and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Soon after installation, the primary drain clogged at the restroom sink. The system was supposed to be protected with an inline float switch in the attic, plus an auxiliary drain and auxiliary pan with a float switch — all meant to prevent water damage. Instead, the float switch itself leaked and became the root cause of water damage in my home. To make matters worse, when I asked for help, the technician refused to even look at it because they were sent through the warranty. The warranty then told me that since more than 30 days had passed, I had to contact the HVAC company directly. At the end of the day, I was left with water damage, a failed safety device, and no accountability from either the warranty company or the HVAC contractor. Customers deserve better than being left on their own after paying for a brand-new system.

Got a furnace installed through my home warranty. Paid over a grand on my end, the company that came out wasn’t the one that installed the unit, they sub contracted out. Guys came in a truck without any company logo. They drilled holes in the unit, put a piece that connects that is not the correct size to it. The tube for the monoxide was not put where it belongs, and the covers were placed wrong. ABACUS, Sears, another local company came out and all found the same issues and gave documentation. Because it wasn’t installed properly it’s affecting the HVAC and that technician also found the same issues. The home warranty sent out the same company that installed after I told them not too and since they don’t know what they’re doing/or are shameless are more than likely going to say nothing is wrong. Sure enough guy comes and asks what’s wrong and I tell him to see for himself, he comes down and says he sees nothing wrong and to show the other reports. They also broke my attic door.

The contractors were excellent! They were professional, communicated throughout the process and cleaned up after themselves. They worked so hard installing my air conditioner system in the hot sun and a hot attic. Thank you so much! My house feels great now!

Elite Home Services deserves 10 stars if I could give them! Fast, professional, and super trustworthy. The great techs fixed my AC quickly with same day service. Prices were very cheap and they offered financing which helped a lot. I found them near me and I’m so glad I did. Great service, top-notch customer service, true excellence.

Eduardo and his team were very fast to respond. They even contacted over an hour early and let me know they were an hour ahead of schedule and had time to fit me in. They arrived to my house before I did due to the short notice and even though I was a still a few minutes out they told me they would wait until I got there no problem. While performing the service he and his team found a small leak very quickly and within an hour they fixed, filled and tested the system. He went on to recommend additional services ignorer to promote the longevity and efficiency of my system and provided me estimates but DID NOT pressure me to buy them on the spot - which many service workers are notorious for. I'm very happy with their timely service, quick repairs and - more importantly - their professionalism.

Elite was scheduled to come to my home through my warranty company. They showed up on time inspected my air-conditioning system and determined that it indeed needed repair. I was promised by the technician that I would receive four options for the cost of those repairs after hearing back from the warranty company. He gave me initial quotes of between $5000 and $10,000 to repair my system. After several days, I did not hear from Elite. So I called them they blamed everything on my warranty company saying that they had not heard back from my warranty company. So I said I still wanted the quotes however I have yet to hear from them, but I have gotten my air conditioner fixed through another company that did a fantastic job For the low price of $900. Elite Simply took my $85 warranty check fee and ran.

Eduardo and his assistant were on time and were very professional. They explained things very well. I feel confident with them replacing my systems. I am now waiting for the crew to show up on Saturday 7/5/2025 to complete the installations. The installation crew came a day early which was great. They worked very hard, were very nice and did an excellent job.

Writing this review to say, Mandy you should quit your day job. Customer service is not your strong suit and it shows. She blamed us for the technician not showing up and told us we had it wrong. We’ve used this home warranty service numerous times and never have we been given a false or random time slot. We confirmed with the home warranty company that it was the AC company’s error. And have the various emails to prove that the technician did not show up during his scheduled window. If you get dispatched these people, call and have new HVAC company ordered. They don’t show up and they have the audacity to treat clients with such utter disrespect when they’re called out for their mistake.

The company is highway robbery dont deal with them ever in your life. I went thru a warranty company I’m thinking Elite would do an overall diagnostic for what is wrong with the AC. They came in fixed the condenser for one unit. Then I was told I needed a furnace for the same unit, hell if it’s keeping the AC running why not indicate that’s out as well during your so called diagnostic?I don’t have AC after the condenser install. So a new charge and new claim for furnace then I bought other techs in they indicated the refrigerant is very low. I was not told this by Elite that’s now an extra charge. On top of that Elite has a 4% charge to pay via card because it’s expected that most of us have 3k or up to 7k in our accounts to spend on the AC unit. I’m very bothered.

a tech came in to diagnosis issue after submitting a claim through choice warranty. He took out several parts out of furnace in the attic and left everything open in attic. When i called him to come put it back, said he is busy now, will need to see when he has opening. I called the office, and they says they will send a tech for $80 service fee, for something what they should have done at the first place. Besides all that, he diagnosis the issue wrong, that I find out after I called my own HVAC tech.

Junior and his crew Gastavo and Adrienne were phenomenal. Worked through the night to get my new unit up and running. Came the next day to check on us and install the final pieces. Hard working crew! Will recommend them to friends and family.

The guy that came was a scam and liar. He did nothing and collected $65. He took one look at the water leak and said this is not an air conditioning leak, it's a plumbing issue. He said I should issue him the check and he'll let Choice Warranty know that I paid already and there would be no need to pay again when the job is assigned to a plumbing company. Now Choice warranty said I should pay the plumbing company $65 again. I don't know why people can't be honest. Integrity matters.

Excellent service! Technicians were very polite! They knew what we needed done to get our system up and running without needing extra diagnostic time.

I was extremely disappointed with the HVAC maintenance service. The price I was charged was nearly triple the average market rate for the same type of work. There was no clear explanation for the inflated cost, and the service provided didn’t reflect the high price. It felt like price gouging. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

The technician came and did a great job! Quick and knowledgeable! I have referred this company with family and friends. Great experience with them!
