Never forget for my first car purchase ever, they sold me a used jeep that was completely rusted underneath and needed thousands of dollars of repairs for a loose arm bushing. When I noticed there was a weird sound from the car hood when driving the vehicle, I got it down in writing that they would fix it. Brought the car in and they just threw weights on the tires and told me it was fine. It wasn’t at all and I went as far to talking to the manager who was extremely rude and confrontational with me. I decided to do research and come to find out, the jeep model has that sound because of the layout of the engine. Clearly with used vehicles that are outside of the brand they did not do the due diligence to understand the vehicle. I was told the jeep was from a friend of one of the associates and it was “taken good care of” by the father who is a mechanic. That was clearly a lie due to the poor condition and safety concerns of the under carriage. It would’ve been nice if anyone had any ounce of integrity and took accountability for the crap car they sold me. I no longer own it but luckily found a better dealership that is more transparent and reliable. Be weary of the used cars here and please don’t make the same mistake and get the used cars checked out somewhere else before purchase. Don’t make the same mistake of trusting their mechanics and associates. I hope they now have new leadership and are more knowledgeable on different vehicles. Best of luck!

I decided to buy a 2021 Ram 1500 with only 14000 miles. Everything sounded great they brought the truck to me and had the truck back in the driveway waiting for me to test drive it. As I started to look the truck over the man who brought it said how about a test drive. The truck drove nice! My complaint is make sure they have that vehicle wash and you break out your fine tooth comb. I have so many scratches and gouges it's crazy especially for a 2021. I ask the following day what they can do for me and they said it's a used vehicle it wil have some scratches. I understand but I have more than some. Next time I will lease or buy new but I can say this I won't be buying from Della.. Beautiful truck was in the ad and yes from a distance!

I was going to be going on a cross-country trip and I had an issue that I basically got yesterday. Monica at Della told me to come in basically right away and they took care of it so I knew that I could safely drive across the country. Not only that but the actual repair technician came in and explained it all to me and also told me a little bit more about other issues that he had noticed about the car . The thing I appreciate it is is that I had called a dealer or two in other places and they couldn't take me for a week but Monica made sure I got in right away. Great people and an extremely fair price

Bought a used 2019 GMC canyon and had nothing but problems. Found old service records in the glove box that showed DEF fluid in the diesel tank. Anyone knows that if something other than fuel gets run through an engine means the vehicle has been compromised. I would highly recommend not buying from this dealership very disappointed they were not honest and up front about the history.

Went to Della on Quaker Road for routine service appointment, my first. By the morning of my appointment an additional service was required that was warranty work. Beth greeted me as if I was a long time friend. My car was diagnosed, and reguler requested maintenance was done. In addition my new problem was found and work started. Jeremy and Beth spoke to me about the fix. Had to wait till next day for my car but was well worth the wait. Outstanding service by true professionals. Would recommend Della service to anyone. Thank you does not seem like enough to say.

Awful experience with service department. Bought a "certified" Buick that had no working rear brakes. Had it in for service 4 times. Was told many lies. Eventually replaced two frozen calipers, rotors and pads myself. Car drove much better after... Go figure. Did not follow through with lawsuit, but should have. Many other issues as well, not worth getting into. For the safety of your family, please shop elsewhere.

I was looking for a car and the sales team at Della Honda were extremely helpful, patient and attentive to my needs. Mr. Larry made the buying process very easy and stress free. Mr. Scott was also great and gave us out of towners great recommendations on local attractions. In addition, all of the staff are pet friendly and enjoyed seeing our puppy Nyla. The team members at Della are very customer service friendly. From the General Manager , Finance manager, customer service support, service team they all are all about the customer experience. Recently had an issue with my insurance agent and Van Chakalis went above and beyond to help me resolve it. I purchased a 2021 Cadillac in September and could not be happier with the automobile and Della Group.

Unlike other dealers, we started with the payment I wanted to make, that I could afford to make, and went backwards from there about what car would be in that range. I didn't feel anxious, like I have in the past. The salespeople are very professional and the financial manager is not pushy, saying that you need this or that, but recommending instead. It was a breath of fresh air to lease my Buick from Don Dingman at the Della Group on Quaker Road.

Just wanted to let you know that one of your employee's is an awesome person. One day about a month ago I came out of work and tried to start my car(2016 Honda CRM) and could not even turn my steering wheel. I tried several times, as this has never happened before. I panicked and was very upset, but got a ride home from a friend from work. I called your dealership and spoke to a woman named Jody. Jody told me that the steering was lock and to really pull the steering wheel from side to side. So I called my mom and we went to me work and both tried again, but would not budge, so back down we went to the dealership. It was just after 5:00 and they were closed, but Jody came to the door and said they were closed, I stated what was going on. Again she stated to pull side to side really hard, I told her that we both tried. She asked me where my car was and I told her and she stated that she had to punch out and that she would meet me there. So my mom and I went back to my work place and soon in pull Jody. She got in and moved the steering wheel back and forth a couple of times and BOOM she did it!!! I gave her a big hung and thank her. She deserve the best! Where else can you get someone to come to help you when off the clock!! THANKS JODY! YOU ROCK!

We paid to have undercoating done on my new Jeep. They got it in the wheel wells and down the side of the car. They are very unprofessional and misleading with their vehicles and financing. this office is a joke. I'll never use Della again. Especially Della Chevrolet Plattsburgh. Mitch is very rude and. Nasty.

I brought my car in to have the axles looked at and fixed...service tech said I only needed one repaired (bearings)...however I had a second and third opinions saying both needed replacing the service tech at della Queensbury did the repair and I was charged $298.45...the vehicle still had the same problem when I picked it up so I took it to saratoga honda.. Where they replaced both axles...i had called the della service tech asking if i could be reimbursed the $298.45 since he should've replaced the rusted axles...i was told they'd take $100 if they replaced the axles...this offer was not to my satisfaction thus I went to saratoga honda and lost out on $298.45 ... Very dissatisfied with della of Queensbury
