Based on my experience with John Tillery and Emily Liberman Tillery (owners of this and other company names) STAY AWAY. I contracted with them for a complete remodel of my existing home and a new addition and, unfortunately paid in full and then some. Bowing interior walls, collapsing roof structure, popping and buckling hardwood floors, unsupported load bearing walls, and on and on. Don?t be fooled as I was by the master level salesmanship or references that are actually family and friends. Since they are now proclaiming to specialize in exteriors, hope these two photos of the aftermath of their work affecting my exterior will help inform your decision about whether to use them for your home. 1) Bucking and collapsing roof structure ? this goes on throughout the entire roof on the addition they built, 2) This is the quality of work you get with their window replacement work ? one of dozens of windows they installed.
