Ben and Climate solutions were on top of everything. First I received a quote from Horizon for $22,000, for a new HVAC system. Then, Ben quoted me half the price. He is an honest person and I am so thankful my family and I found Climate Solutions when we did. Install is done and Ben is still helping me out. I went back to tell horizon I was working with Climate Solutions and they cut their price down to $12,000. Horizon was very dishonest! It was nice to see Ben and their guys being honest and not trying to price gouge people. Thanks Ben!!

While others would have had me replace my whole unit. Thanks for being an honest man!!! . Now my central air is running like new. Awesome company!!

A+ HVAC company. Very fair priced, very efficient. Showed up on time , very knowledgeable, identified trouble with my central air system and came back the next day with part and fixed it. The crew removed an old oil heating furnace and tank, and installed a new heat pump system with new thermostat. They were professional, prompt, friendly, answered any questions I had, or found out quickly if they weren’t sure. They were where they said they would be, when they said they would be there, and cleaned up after themselves. I also very much appreciated the owner Ben's responsiveness to any calls and emails, as well as making sure all of the loan and rebate paperwork was in the right hands in a short time. I highly recommend them.

Climate solutions were referred to me two years ago. When I called them, they listened to my issues and came to survey my problem immediately. They explained what they can do to fix it and how long it will take to complete the installation. Their prices were more than competitive and their work was clean, efficient and expertly performed. Ben and Joe are two of the most honest and down to earth people you'd want to meet. I'm writing this review now because I have two heating / air conditioning units in my house. The second unit needed replacing recently and their service was, as expected OUTSTANDING. I wish I could give them ten stars. They deserve it.

I have been a customer since 2000 even before Ben and Joe opened this company. I now live in Texas. I placed a call to Ben who immediately troubleshooted my problem by walking me through the wiring process for my AC unit.Even the Texas heat is no match for Climate Solution Services 2000 miles away. Very professional and excellent service provided by Ben and Climate Solution Services.

I went through energize Delaware, and my inspector highly recommended owners Ben and Joe from Climate solutions in Wilmington Delaware. They sat down with my family and helped us get the Grant's and scheduled a full replacement of our heater and A/C anx all lines. Let me tell you I'm still smiling Joe & Ben are a great team and have a great team of friends staff that treat your home and family as if it was theirs. Without the help of Joe & Ben I would have paid thousands extra. I will highly recommend them and consider them a extension of our family. I just spoke with Joe and with the money I saved (compared to 5 other contractors) I will get them to replace my electric water heater with a tankless water heater. Climate Solutions has done work for us on all kinds of heating systems and air conditioning, too, at our home and rental properties. We used to get estimates for major projects, but they are generally lowest bid. You can count on good communication and quality work. They are There in an emergency too.
