We are definitely satisfied with our purchase. We are super happy with how quickly we were able to get our whole unit replaced. We are also extremely pleased with the smart thermostat that helps with meeting our needs while saving costs. Super friendly workers that are super professional and any one of them can answer your questions and explain it really well. They are all happy to help. We were really impressed with this company and their products.

Climate Control AC in Hurricane was amazing for us! We had an AC unit quit working. They came out to look at it and spent some time trying to figure out what was wrong. Eventually they found a small part that wasn’t working. They checked and that part had been recalled. So Climate Control ordered the part and replaced and didn’t charge us anything. I’m not sure if they were paid by the company of the recalled part but we couldn’t have had a better experience. They were knowledgeable and thorough. Would absolutely recommend!!

It’s not every day you come across a company that combines quality and heart—but Climate Control really does. Top Drawer customer service. I’m grateful we met them at The Home Show. Javi and crew did an excellent job with the insulation portion, and Chase and crew did an excellent job installing our split. I've already recommended them to two friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy service and a job well done. Tory buttoned up the job, and it looks and works great. Jason and Cris came by the same day my AC went out. Cris gave me a detailed understanding of how HVAC systems work and outlined what areas needed to be fixed. I ended up going with a whole unit replacement, Jason was instrumental in helping pick one out that worked with my budget but one that was efficient as well. The crew came out right after that and got it done before the sun went down. I appreciate the customer service and high level of care, especially when it’s over 100 degrees out and I didn’t have AC. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys.

Mo helped us out with a full service and smart thermostat install. Incredible. They didn’t take too long and gave great information on extending life and preventions. Best of all, they did not upsell and try to push products, simply left information and tips to help us, seemingly to genuinely care.

Braiden came out and did a thorough inspection of our HVAC system as a 2nd opinion. He was courteous and trustworthy, he did a fabulous job. He took pictures of the ductwork in our home, a picture says a thousand words!! These pictures were evidence of the need for new ductwork and a air conditioner/heating system. He was great with our dogs, which is a big deal to me. Our dogs absolutely loved him too!

We live in Hurricane, Urah. We called and received a consultation in August of 2025. Then they told us that we would have to call their appointment number to schedule what we want done, but we did for months with no success. The latest interaction was in December and I even emailed Nathan and not response to get them out to get the services we want done. Very unhappy with this company and how they operate. As a business owner, I would never allow this to happen.

A friend highly recommended Climate Control. Jake was great in explaining all our options and helping us understand the difference between a 1 star and a 5 star system. The warranty and the fact that the system is built for our hot climate sold us. Plus they were able to come back the next day and put it in. They offered a variety of financing to fit into our budget. We are excited for the cost savings on our power bill.

This company really does not make you a priority. If you’re going to spend a lot of money replacing an ac unit you should go somewhere where they do it right the first time and take good care of you. We’ve had our new ac unit leak twice into our attic and damage drywall because of it being installed improperly. The company has been impossible to get ahold of and get things scheduled to fix it. It’s been three weeks of it leaking and we still don’t have a date to get things fixed. They don’t take good care of things when they screw up and don’t make you a priority at all. Don’t waste your money on such bad service!

We had been looking for a good heating and air solution for our aging system and found Climate Control. Their estimator, Jason, was great to give us a bid and answer our many questions. We went with a mini split system. Our 1970's building has unique wall builds and running the wires and drains was complicated. It took two days to get everything figured out and completed. We as homeowners were consulted all along the way. We appreciate the kindness and consideration of the team: Seth, Bradley, Cade, and Issac worked hard to get everything placed just right and figure out how to work around our unusual walls. We appreciated Cade and Issac for willingness to crawl around our tiny attic and pull and drill for wires. Seth and Bradley were quick to answer questions and help get our stuff moved around. Shad came when the system was done and patched and matched our walls that had spaces opened to run wires and drains. They turned out great. I took advantage of a complementary system inspection Climate Control was offering at a Home Show. Jake and Mo were extremely courteous and respectful, wearing booties inside and explaining what they were doing. They provided the most comprehensive inspection I have ever encountered on a HVAC system. This included extensive inspection and measuring/ testing components inside the unit, as well as duct inspections in the crawl space and attic. They provided me a detailed report with many photos of their findings. Fortunately, they had no recommendations for my system at this time. Climate control offers a service contract which I expected a sales pitch for, however they barely mentioned it but simply left me a brochure explaining the options. Part of their offer for the free inspection included the installation of a smart thermostat for free. I asked how they can provide that and they explained it was more effective to offer this than to spend money on advertising. I already have a smart thermostat and suggested they save it for another customer. I was quite surprised at the level of knowledge (I have a geothermal heat pump) and the extent of their "free" inspection and evaluation. Not many companies have strong knowledge of this type of heat pump. They have won me over as a customer should I need service or repair in the future.

Isaac, Cayden, Chase, Nicholas, Issac were great to work with for the replacement of our HVAC systems. We have been with Climate Control for four years and couldn’t be happier!

I found climate control through google, and chose to call them based upon all of the great reviews. My experience with them has been great, just like all of the good reviews I read about on here. I would recommend this company to everyone! At my house the heating and ac unit was 40 years old and not working and I knew that the unit might have a simple fix, such as getting a new capacitor, but that most likely it was going to be something worse. John came out and checked out the unit and was very honest about what could be done to help me out. Option 1 was to try fixing my unit. It needed a new compressor and capacitor but my unit also had other issues with the fan and just about everything else. He said I can replace what is broken if I can find the parts, but I can’t guarantee that the fix will last because of all the other failing parts. He said it would cost a bunch of money for the compressor and that at the end of the day it would only be a bandaid fix. and that if it were him he would recommend replacing everything. So option 2 was to replace everything he gave me three machines to choose from, and I knew I didn’t have the money to buy a new unit right now. So I said I don’t have the money too pay for this right now. He said that they had financing payment plans that we could check into. So that’s option I went with so we could fix the unit now. He put me on the schedule for the next day, and I was expecting 1or 2 guys to come out and do the install but to my surprise there were at least 6 guys! They finished everything in about 6 hours. They were very professional, friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I am extremely happy with what they did for me give them a call you’ll be happy you did!

Jake provided a through inspection of our entire three year old HVAC system ... with pictures, potential issues, and recommendations. Super knowledgeable and overviewed our specfic circumstances (location, health concerns, environment, and current system functions). Great job!

Stan did an amazing job giving us a quote (on the spot!) for two new A/C units and overseeing the installation process. He came in with the lowest bid and performed exceptional work. We highly recommend contacting Stan and Climate Control if you’re looking to replace your old systems.

This company and team went above & beyond. I needed AC in my garage for my pottery studio and Paul came out and couldn't have been nicer & more informative. The team, Shad, Ricky & John, showed up the next morning to install!! I've had endless bad issues with contractors/companies since moving into my home 1 month ago and this co. set the standard for what caring service should look like. They saw that I did pottery and THEY asked ME if they could help me by connecting my kiln since they were pulling lines anyway. Their kindness blew me away. I will be forever grateful to Shad, Ricky and John for what they did for me! I cannot wait for them to see the special pieces I'm making their team as a token of my gratitude. ☺️ If you need help w AC, this really is the only company to call. They will take very good care of you!

Our HVAC stopped working in 105 degree weather. We called Climate Control and they arrived in 45 minutes. They were ready to install the new unit that afternoon. Unfortunately, the unit they had to replace ours was damaged and we had to wait until the following morning. They came to our home that afternoon and installed a temporary window a/c unit to ensure we were comfortable and so were are our pets. They arrived first thing the next morning and installed the new unit. Less than a week later, they sent a technician to check in and ensure that everything was working properly. Everyone that works for this company was so kind, patient, answered all of our questions, explained everything in detail, and never used pressure sales tactics. We recommend this company wholeheartedly.

When our AC went out in the home we are renting, we were referred to Climate Control. We called them that day, they verified with our landlord that they could come by for an inspection, and had someone here within a few hours. Jake was awesome. He was very thorough and documented everything he saw. He was here for quite a while, making sure he checked everything. He found the issue as well as issues we were not aware of. He was very nice and answered any questions we had. He is returning tomorrow to complete the work that needs to be done but we have really enjoyed our experience with them so far!

Jake was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with diagnosing our problem. He even sat down with us and drew out the whole unit so we understood what was going on. He made sure we got our replacement the next day. Grateful we called them when our AC went out.

The vent cleaning special with Climate Control comes in for the win! I loved that they came as far as Cedar City. Chris was very nice and personable when he arrived. He was able to give us options and explain things to keep an eye after our inspection and vent cleaning. Dan was awesome! I really appreciated him being straightforward and honest through the process. There was another young man there with Dan and I don't remember what his name was because he was a trainee, but he was great too. I highly recommend Climate Control.

We recently bought a small warehouse and turned it into our home. I had to decommission my old roof top unit and get a whole new system. I called out Climate Control and Brennen Lesollen came out and did a great job on my new system. Would 10/10 recommend choosing Climate Control!
