I went to drop off a load and they treated me wonderfully, they unloaded my product quickly and didn't make me wait.

I highly recommend this company for all IT needs. Their customer service is spectacular. I wanted to upgrade my residential Wireless Access Point. The process was seamless - from the expert sales manager (David .) to the very knowledgeable service tech (Jeffrey D). My high-tech family is now in WiFi heaven!

The field techs are good, very professional. The sales folks are awful, two months later, still waiting for a camera replacement estimate. Tons of excuses, unreliable. <br />

It was a trying process. The first company had told CSS not to test the system. I was under the impression they would be testing the system. I had purchased a home theater receiver to make sure that everything was working properly. I asked the technicians to test the system and the techs left. I called CSS and asked them what was going on. They said the original company told them not to test the system. I called the original company and they promised the system would be tested. CSS did come out and installed the jacks and terminated the end cables. The only thing they didn't do was wire the system. They left the job undone. I called them again and they started pointing fingers. I contacted Dave Mimms and explained the situation. He met me on his day off to provide me with additional wires, which I greatly appreciated. I had to wire the speakers myself, but was not able to get everything connected. I made another appointment and they sent the final tech and he did a great job. He made sure everything was connected and showed me how to run the system.

This company is great at cabling especially on houses already built.  I first used them to install an alarm system which included wiring my house for the key pads (the sensors are wireless).  They were masters at getting the wires up from the basement to the first and second floor.  This time I used them to wire 4 bedrooms on the second floor for cable.  Again, they were excellent.  I had my daughter's house wired for security but used a different company; what a mistake.  CSS isn't cheap but they are worth it.

On time, efficient.

The technician called ahead of time and arrived at the designated time. The tech emptied the boxes into their wheeled large bin. The bin was then placed in the automated lit and items were dumped in the shred machine integrated into the truck. You can view the items being shredded through a monitor. After completion, you're given a certificate of verification. Everything was quite easy and quick.

The entire process was smooth and professional. Phone calls were answered by the owner/manager promptly and changes to service requests were accommodated. The employee who carried out the paper shredding was extremely professional and efficient.

Service provider was courteous and helpful. Arrived on time, removed boxes from foyer to driveway, shredded all documents on site, and assisted me to break down storage boxes for recycling pick up by county. Highly recommend!

This company is excellent. Communication was great. They offered me a time window of 10-12pm, showed up at 10:24am and were done and gone by 10:39am. They were super fast and efficient. I had approximately 20 boxes that needed shredding. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Joe and his helper were very friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them and this service.

Simple, fast and easy! One of the best services to use. We had about 25 boxes of paper to shred. It started with a call to schedule a date and time within a couple of days of buying the deal. They came to the home, prompt and on time and shredded in front of us. Whole action action took about 30 minutes. They even found and old wedding picture in the shred pile that I missed. Would highly recommend Chesapeake Paper Systems for all shreding needs!

The Angie's Listing was misleading. It did not distinguish documents from photos. The business cannot shred photos with the truck shredder. In fact, the photos have to be kept at the company office until there is a large enough gathering so they can be taken to a particular landfill. That was NOT my expectation. I did not want the photos sit around at an unknown location until at an unknown location they would be destroyed. I asked to be notified when they were destroyed but that was not possible. I believe the working was misleading by omission and disclaimer is needed.

I saw Chesapeake Paper Systems on Angie's List and that they had good reviews. I called the number and the phone was picked up immediately. The very nice gentleman (German) filled me in on the details and since this was my first Angle's list purchase he walked me through the process. I purchased the service, filled out my availability and within 2 days received a response from Jeff. We scheduled the date, was given a time frame, was called to let me know when he would be arriving and arrived at that time. They were wonderful. German was so pleasant, they were so quick and professional and within a matter of 15 minutes had 11 years worth of files, receipts and invoices shredded. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for being a business that says what they mean and mean what they say!

Chesapeake Paper Systems did a great job. The driver ran a little later than the projected arrival time, but they were very responsive when I asked for an updated arrival time. I would use them again. Very convenient service.
