I can't even get the Rep to return a call or send a quote... never had to chaise down a vendor to give them money before. I don't even have the option to use a different Rep because this is his territory. He doesn't even have his voicemail set up on his phone so that customers can leave a message.... seriously!!!

Shipping on the other side of the building Receiving will be the to the right when pulling in Loaded within an hour 1 truck ahead of me Night crew pretty cool here FYI: there isn’t much room to uturn if u think to pass shipping and turn around best advice head that way and start backing your trailer up to the bales THEN pull forward/TURN right and back to the shipping area to back up!
