My choice of CCC was based on their overall presentation during the estimate phase. They offered, by far, the best price and best warranty of the six estimates that I received for the exact same equipment. The installation team for my unit consisted of the following individuals, Bobby, Tyler and Noah. Their performance and professional conduct during the entire process were unsurpassed. Management stopped by on two separate occasions to my knowledge and provided me with an update of the team’s progress and asked if I had any questions. Upon completion, one team member helped program the Smart Thermostat and then walked me through the functionality of the new unit. Lastly, I was very impressed with how clean the area was upon completion.

I cannot express how greatful I am for this company. When our heat went out they were quick and pleasant to deal with. They explained everything they were doing in simple English that I could understand. They offer a great maintenance plan to keep your unit in shape so there are no unexpected surprises. 10/10 recommend.

Had a minisplit unit installed in our greenhouse. Logan and Zane did such a fantastic job on the install. Knowledgeable and very polite young men. They took the time to explain their work, how everything operates and time to pet our pups. Chad listened to our concerns and advised us on what would work in our best interests. Very professional but caring experience all around.

Our 16 year old unit finally went out. We called Chad’s Climate Control. Chad came right out and met with us and we immediately knew he was a great guy with a great company and a great product. Chad has repaired or replaced many HVAC units for me. He is always on time and on budget. My favorite thing is that he tries to repair my units on my rental properties where most companies try to sell me a new unit. I highly recommend him and his wife Katrina who works in the office. Very professional!

Chad and his team were easy to work with. They were very flexible as they did a big job but worked it around my schedule. They found bad problems caused by previous HVAC company and got them fixed. Very responsive to texts and phone calls. Courteous and professional. I wish I had found them sooner- would have saved me years of dealing with problems and un-trained staff at other companies.

Called two other HVAC companies and they both tried to sell me a new unit for over $5,000.. called Chad and he did a repair to my existing unit for $450.. got me back up and running quickly! Definitely recommend this company

When our heating system unexpectedly stopped functioning and ice was discovered in the unit, we contacted Chad’s team. They responded promptly and dispatched a technician immediately. The technician conducted a thorough diagnostic, identified the issue, and successfully restored the system to proper operation. Throughout the process, Chad’s team was courteous, professional, and respectful. We would not hesitate to contact them again for future service needs

I called and asked for an estimate. Chad sent one of his workers the very next day. Chad emailed me a fair estimate to install natural gas lines and mount a heater. I excepted the price and the start date was set. Start date came and Chad's crew showed up ready to work. The work was completed in a timely manner!! The crew was very professional and treated my home like it was theirs !! I would use Chad again without hesitation!! I highly recommend Chad's and his crew for all of your air conditioning and heating needs!! A plus rating from me !

I have been nothing but impressed, please and honored to have called these guys! Starting off with Katrina and Chad helping me out with sending out a tech immediately to see why our unit wasn’t working. Found the problem immediately(leak). After a couple weeks it went out again and they replied to calls and texts to get the ball rolling. And does that ball roll fast! I texted her and she had someone at my house to have a detailed look within 10 minutes. The Tech Tyler, took a looksie and let us know who ever owned the home before us had jimmy rigged it like too death. It looked like Frankenstein on the inside. Causing the death of our unit. Next morning I had the old one replaced, removed from the property and a new one installed with a nice and new sleek, easy to use thermostat, a new filter with in 6 hours. 10am-4pm. And they came back in the pouring rain to double check the work and tidy up anything they missed. (Which was none). I was expecting a newborn. They made sure the family was ready for this 90-100 heat. And it was very much ready. Thank you for keeping my family safe. Helping us in our time of need. Everyone treated us like family.

I had CCC replace my HVAC. They came on time and installed it quickly. There was a manufacturer defect, but Chad's crew worked late to resolve the issue. They ended up having to replace a part provided by the manufacturer but came back as soon as they had it in hand. Unit is running great. Later, we decided to change to a different thermostat, they came back and swapped it no charge. Great experience.

Chad’s Climate Control was quick to respond and got the issue resolved without any hassle. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure our heat was working for the night until the needed part came in. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with—I’d definitely recommend them.

My wife and I just bought our first home here in the Athens area back in March 2025. During negotiations our realtor had their preferred HVAC company come take a look at the existing 22+ year old Rheem heat pump. Inspector claimed it was "running like a sewing machine" - I was dumb enough to believe him. 3 months after buying the home the compressor grounds out and we have to replace the entire system...because R-22. We ended up installing one of these new side discharge inverter systems that has been nothing but trouble. Chad's was the 4th or 5th service company (yes, including installer) to come out and try to figure out what was going on. Unit not heating. Overcooling. No dehumidification - I was getting really stressed that no one could seem to get this brand new heat pump running properly. Hunter with Chad's Came out and was bound and determined to get us up and running. Even Chad & Katrina got involved and assured us we called the right folks. I even purchased the annual maintenance plan before Hunter left. Hunter was very polite and positive and my wife and I now have a Chad's Climate Control magnet on the fridge so my wife knows who to call. They really came thru - so they are who we call from now on.

What can I say? Like most most other reviewers, my experience with Chad's Climate Control was AWESOME! Chad, the owner, personally came out and diagnosed my unit, repaired the problem, and got it cooling. However, my unit is 34 years old, so he quoted me a price for a new unit and install. His quote was thousands lower than the competition and didn't even charge me a trip charge for the repair, a burnt jump starter. He also offered creative financing which meant a lot to me because I'm a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, honest and ON TIME !! Chad's is a company with honesty and integrity and when this A/C finally dies, Chad's will have my business. They've EARNED it. I'd like to thank Chad for taking the time out of his busy schedule to come out on a busy Monday, assess my issue and offer a fast and affordable solution. I highly recommend this business and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you again!!!!!

First off Aaron arrived right when expected. Second, I knew I called the right company when he put on boot covers before he eentering the house. And last the issue was fixed in just 10 minutes. So far everything is working fine.
