Since the first day 3 years ago I have received the best service and support from Rob and his team. They are highly responsive and very efficient as well as extremely knowledgeable in their field. I'm so satisfied with all they deliver. Thank you Rob and most recently Gabby who provided my yearly maintenance as well as guidance on the best way to use my heat pump. Cheers to you all!!!

Robert was excellent! I called him on Monday, December 29th to come look at my 80yr old mom’s furnace that had stopped working. He came by less than an hour later to assess the issue, and came back on December 31st to do the work. I recognize there were surely better things he’d rather be doing at this time of year. He said he would arrive at 8:00am and texted me ahead of time to let me know he was going to be 15 mins late. WOW! :). The quote and the final invoice were consistent and the time it took to do the work was on the low end of his quote. He was professional and lovely to deal with. My mom asked for his business card so she could share his name with all of her neighbours. I highly recommend Robert and would definitely call him again for any future work. Thank you Robert!

The serviceman called, was on time, was very helpful and did a great job! He serviced my system, that some other company said needed replacing, and now it works really well. I was able to turn the temperature down on the air conditioner to maintain the same room temp as before. Bet my electric bill will be much lower next time.

The electrical work performed by Sunny Electric was also very professional and the installation of the 20 amp circuit for the heat pump went smoothly with minimal cutting of the interior drywall. Professional, punctual, friendly! After heat pump installation, all debris and old furnace was cleaned up and carted away. Very patient showing us how to use new system. Serviced our fireplaces as well. Expertly and no mess! Would recommend Carson Refrigeration 100%

After 28 years of faultless operation my Water Furnace Geothermal Heat Pump failed and needed to be replaced. I contracted Robert Carson to do the work. During the installation Robert quickly resolved a couple of minor problems encountered with no excuses and in a very professional manner. He has all the equipment necessary to do this work and I have no hesitation in recommending his services.

The whole process with Carson was very smooth and easy. On installation day they showed up on time, did the work as planned and were very professional. They were also very helpful and friendly and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done.

Best on the Sunshine Coast! We just had our Fujitsu heat pump installed, finally! It had been planned for for some time. Robert and his crew came in and did a fantastic job, very professional! To top it off, this was the first time in a long time that I actually had he privilege to observe a crew actually working instead of standing around. I did my best to stay out of their way :). Very refreshing, after having had a lot of people working for myself, to see a crew work in unison. It’s only been just over a week but we can already notice the difference. Much better even heat distribution throughout our home. I guess ultimately the bills from bc hydro and fortis will tell the tale. The one thing that we were surprised about, this being a modern system, we had to pay extra to have a wifi controller installed. You would think that these days everyone uses wifi, even us older residents. Maybe this is one thing that Fujitsu could improve on. Overall, very pleased! Robert is one of these people that you can’t help but take an instant liking to. Very rare quality these days! So, thank you again, Robert and all the people at Carson’s!
