I cannot get a hold of them anymore. I have been waiting on a return call. They looked at my dishwasher and said it was missing parts but when I look at the owners manual it is not! Now my home warranty will not cover it.

As of May 8, 2020 Brinks Construction has rectified the previous issue we had.

I had been working with these guys from February 7th until March 20th. A technician came to my home on 3 different occasions to repair my refrigerator. After 1.5 months the job still was not correct. As we approached the Covid 19 pandemic I expressed to them how important it was for me to have working refrigerator. I have special needs daughter at home and an elderly grandmother and I needed all things working properly for their sake. John called me on 3/20 to let me know what my options were because they would not be working on the weekend. I have been calling him and emailing since March 23rd because I want a refund. In these trying times I was left with a broken refrigerator and no answers on when it could be repaired. He gave absolutely no consideration to what was going on and how I was left in a bind. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Even if he was not able to come out due to not being an essential business John could used common courtesy to let me know what was going on instead of leaving me SCREWED. I would recommend using a business that exhibits better character.

Great customer service, extremely prompt. My dryer wasn't fixed like we thought after the first visit so they came right back the next day after I called to work on it and made sure everything was correct this time. Very reasonably priced.

They were amazing! My oven stopped working the weekend before Thanksgiving and could not find anyone who could fix it. I spoke to them on Monday, they were out on Tuesday. Unfortunately they were not going to be able to get the parts in time for Thanksgiving (no fault of theirs, it was the make and model of our oven) but they told me of a place that I could get a new stove for just about the same price as it would cost to fix the old one. They had it to my house on Wednesday morning, installed and ready to go! Their prices are fair and honest. I will definitely use them for any future fixes we need in our house. I can not thank them enough!
