If you are a small business owner and don't believe in SEO companies. You certainly need to work with this firm. Pittsburgh Design & Engineering Services, local structural engineering firm works with Bright Local and is pretty happy and satisfied and recommend it.

I am totally disappointed with their service and customer care, they have updated details for my business incorrectly, I have tried to do manual update for each directory which I am unable to do now, and they are asking me to purchase the whole pack again to update the correct business information. I would recommend not to use Bright local for local SEO or business data information update on local directories, as they have zero after purchase customer support, and not helping to correct the information. So I have to spend a huge time and money as well again to fix incorrect information posted by bright local.

I would strongly advise any company to double think about using this service. While others may have had a different experience my multi-location business has not. 1. Brightlocal are on a different time zone entirely to Australia, so support was difficult from the beginning. I'd advise others not to make that same mistake. My team members had to work outside of their normal hours to talk with them. 2. We had issues where a main report we wanted and needed disappeared for months, and communication and support was almost non-existent for this. This led to the decision to find a more supportive and customer-focused local area marketing service. 3. Even though they have made quite a blunder of it all with us, they continue to hold us locked into the 12 month agreement. I am now paying for another 2 months of an expensive service that we will not be using. I would have thought that considering the mess of it they have created that they would gracefully have allowed us to move on. This has not been the case.

Brightlocal is an exceptionally helpful tool, information resource, and community.
