Worked with business cost consultants in my role of utilities manager a few years ago, I don’t have very many positives about the experience. The managing department spent time to “educate” me (in a way that was barely more than patronising) They overcharged in numerous occasions and seemed to have issues with staff retention, All in all a rather shoddy outfit.
