I cannot say enough good things about Associated Services. We had the unfortunate experience of a Realtor who didn't monitor the house (no family in the area of the home). At the point we realized there was a bad mold problem, we contacted Associated Services to help. They were very responsive in helping. Good news, the home is now sold (by a different Realtor)... I was able to look at the pictures. The home was very clean. I credit Associated Services with the home selling. Thank you!

This company was great. I had storm damage which turned into a mold issue due to delay issues with a crappy contractor in the beginning. When it finally came time to get the mold remediation done, they came out quick and did an amazing job. I’ve been very fortunate to have been referred to them and they were the nicest guys to work with. And I had a million questions too, but they never acted annoyed or put off by them! Just good, knowledgeable people.

Did a job for us a few months ago for a rental unit and left blood stains in many places uncleaned. Not only did they not address the issue when I brought it to their attention, but claimed defensively that they are not blood stains. I am a professor in a medical school and have seen blood million of times. I am certain they are blood stains are nothing else (there are other dirty parts of the unit that are not blood stains) and yet Joe Walsh (whom I assume is the owner) responded to my concerns in a very disrespectful way. Do NOT use this company as they won't do a thorough job and clearly do not know how to do customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My brother-in-law died under unusual circumstances, and we required biohazard services. Not only did they provide excellent service in a timely manner, but they we compassionate and always went the extra mile to help us. Darren was unbelievable helpful during this trying time and so was Sherry in the office. 5-Star plus for this company!

After many false starts with other vendors, I can attest to the fact that Associated Services are the best. They went above and beyond in many respects. For example, 1. the team found a gas leak as well as a water leak under our house. They paused their work so we could have those problems fixed. This might seem like a routine response. However, we had another company also work on our crawl space and they never noticed these problems. Plus, they left the place a mess. They figured we're elderly and will never go under our house, which is true. 2. Associated Services cleaned up the messes left by others: 8 to 10 huge bags' worth. 3. They take extensive photos of the job after they are done so we can see the work. No one else has done that. 4. Their prices are very fair and way below others who have done this work for us before. 5. They are so thorough, I don't think we'll need to have this work done again for a very long time. Make it easy on yourself: Choose Associated Services from the get-go.

Joe and his crew provided assistance to me following the recent hurricane which damaged my house when a tree fell on the roof. The assistance began when Joe put a tarp on my roof and went on to include the removal of damaged drywall and trim, provision of a fan and dehumidifier to remove moisture, installation of new drywall and trim, application of texture and paint, and carpet cleaning. All work was done in a professional manner, Joe and his entire crew were dependable and efficient, and I am very pleased with the results.

Its easy to give Joe Walsh and his company, Associated Services Cleaning and Restoration, five stars. If there were more stars, he would get them too. We had an issue with moisture from the crawlspace that was cupping the oak flooring and we needed a solution that would be a permanent one as we were getting ready to sell the house. Joe and his team went above and beyond to solve our problem. He even added something that he discovered we needed and did not add anything to the cost of the project in order to make the project work. Hope I don't need his services again, but if I did, he would be the only company I would contact. Can't say that about many companies. Thanks, Joe.

Moisture problem in crawl space was an ongoing issue with our 1950's property. Joe Walsh and his knowledgeable crew manager, Jarrod, professionally completed the job in a timely manner; encapsulating the crawlspace and working around a HVAC crew at the same time. We are more than pleased with the professional workmanship, process, equipment and so far the results. Would highly recommend.

What a conscientious, courteous, and professional staff! We were faced with a wet and humid crawlspace and a subfloor which had created water stains on our hardwood floors. In the space of a week, Joe’s expert team encapsulated our crawlspace and positioned a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. The result was astounding and very affordable. Called ASCR to get a quote for disinfecting all high-touch surface areas of our office as part of our COVID response. Joseph was very prompt returning phone calls and providing his quote - which was very reasonable when compared to others I received. They scheduled us within the week and got the job done quickly and professionally while remaining sensitive to the health-care concerns or our on-site staff. Buyer beware, usually they are contacted under stressful circumstances.They immediately have you sign a contract before doing anything. Don’t sign anything unless you believe it will meet your needs and you are getting your moneys worth. The work is satisfactory but not worth the money

Mr. Walsh promptly addressed my call, arriving at my home within hours to assess a superficial mold problem in my bathroom. He generously did not charge for his time spent guiding me on how to address and prevent potential mold issues in the future.

After Hurricane Micheal we found mold in our house. Which no one wants to see, but had become a common find since storm. I called Associated and they got right on it. While they were there they treated my family and our home with the utmost respect. They knew their job, cleaned up all mess. Didn't leave anything for us to worry about. My elderly mother had a medical emergency that caused her to fall which caused a water break that flooded her house. Joe and his crew were on site within minutes after my call to help with clean up and the removal of water damaged flooring. My mother broke her hip in the fall so we were obviously more concerned about her than the house. Joe took care of all the details, handling the insurance claim, scheduling and supervising the needed repairs and sub contractors. All restoration was complete in a tmely and professional manner. Joe has taken care of two serious water breaks in two different homes. The damage was serious and one occurred while we were out of the country. Joe took care of both projects and coordinated everything, including the folks from the insurance company. He certainly knows his stuff and is a pleasure to work with!

I’m a State Certified General Contractor and I had the opportunity to work with Associated Services to clean and encapsulate a client’s crawl space. They far exceeded my expectations with their quality of work and knowledge of their trade. I pride myself in working with the best in their field and Associated Services proved to be just that.

Phoned this company for a biohazard clean-up contract. They came out early next morning to assess and write an estimate. Took 3 days to turnaround the estimate. Said they could start on the work by end of week. Come the day prior to work beginning, we were called and informed that they could not perform the work and needed to kick it back a week. No worries. We rescheduled it a week later. Following week, got another call, same story. Can't make it, need to reschedule. Starts to feel weird, but agree. Manager notes he'll get back to me early the next week to schedule. Didn't hear back M/Tu, so I called Wednesday. No answer. Called Thursday. No answer. He proceeds to call me Friday night to say they can now do the work, but it won't be for 2.5 more weeks. We're looking at 4-5 weeks after the original time of the incident at this point. I say that will not work and we're taking business elsewhere. They randomly kick a contract over to us for signature (after we declined service) with 2 weeks instead of 2.5, which we don't sign. They then proceed to call us daily about the contract to the point we had to block. Incredibly unprofessional company and there are other similarly priced options in the area. Something to keep in mind. 9/26/21 Edit: We're sure this is the correct company. Judging by other reviews here, it's not the first time these things have happened. There are plenty of other options in the area that will remediate for a similar price and we implore anybody considering this company to check elsehwere. Found another company that got started next day and finished full remediation within 3 days for similar price.

Joe performed a mold inspection on a property that we are purchasing for our daughter. He did an extremely thorough job and provided us with valuable information that helped us determine that the property was safe!

Charged us $1100 for crime scene clean up that took 35 minutes or so for 2 people and they still left blood everywhere for us to find and clean ourselves. They ripped us off at our lowest weakest point during the death of our only son.
