Super fast service!!! Matthew went the extra mile for us and is super friendly as well as very knowledgeable. He had the furnace up and running in two days! That included ordering and obtaining a hard to find part for our old LNG heating unit! I simply can't believe how fast and how good these folks are at Apex Heat & Air!

They were quick and very professional. They were able to come out on the day I called and thankfully they were able to fix my unit at the same time. I couldn't be happier.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a HVAC company. Came out and shot freon in my system and said it is fixed. Never came in the house, never checked that cool air was coming out. Nothing. This was on Friday Called back on Monday and the same guy came out. Look at the system inside, did something with the thermostat and actually pulled it out of the wall, anchors and all. Left it hanging and said I hope you have another A/C because it has a leak. I said can you fix it. He said it will be the end of the week. Then as he was leaving, mumbled I am not coming back. I then was told it may be a couple months because they only do leak repairs when they don't have any other work. Then had the gall to send me a bill for almost $400. I would never use them and suggest no on else does either. It is so bad when local companies complain about no business and this is their customer service.

Heat and air pack Age unit26 years old. Needed replaced. Gave estimate sam day as called. Unit ordered, installed and working in three days. It was Cold here at the time. Thank the for getting heat as fast as they did.

I purchased a Groupon air duct cleaning from Apex Clean Air for about $100. The technician was courteous, but the visit quickly turned into a high-pressure upsell, and I ended up paying $1,076 more based on his recommendations. (He also repeatedly suggested services totaling $4,265.) What made it more frustrating was later receiving an Apex mailer advertising a whole-home vent cleaning for $200, which made the earlier pricing feel questionable. After the service, two vents had no airflow and our dryer began making a clicking noise and giving off a burning smell. Brandon returned and said the issues seemed related to the cleaning, but the company would not take responsibility. I then spent two evenings researching the issue, bought tools from Home Depot and Amazon, and fixed disconnected duct and dryer vent pipes myself. I hope Apex takes this seriously and gives a fair response.

Apex clean air is a great company with the best people. Kaydin came to our home and left those air ducts that never have been clean before and boy he did a great job and my house smells so clean, he is an honest young man that found one.of my.rings in an air duct and gave it back to me inmediatly he found it. I recommend Apex clean air to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment, they were a no show. Said they made a scheduling error. For this they gave me a $50 credit. Rescheduled and they showed up. The $49 special turned out to be a high pressure sales tactic to do a whole home cleaning. I decided to do the whole house cleaning for $248. On line there is a $50 off coupon if you do a whole house cleaning. Yeah, never got that surprise. Then they showed me some rust in my ac coils which would only take $990 to correct, but they could do even something better for only $2100. After cleaning my ducts (not much in them) they were concerned for my health as we had some sort of unknown microorganism growing throughout our vents. This could cause grave respiratory issues, even hospitalizations or worse. To finish up, they cleaned the dryer vent which I was happy about getting done. When I went out to my yard, I found the vent broken and the whole open to the elements. Pieces of the vent were on the ground. They didn't even tell me.

Wife called APEX to do an inspection and tune-up of our two furnaces. The guy showed up and almost immediately tells my wife that the furnace was cracked and that we needed a new one. He stated that he had to shut off the gas and he was legally not able to work on the system. He supposedly took pictures of the cracked unit, to which we still have not seen. My wife then asked him to look at the one upstairs as well, and would not you know it that one was cracked too. Later that afternoon one of their sales reps shows up and quotes us $15k to replace the two furnaces. He adamantly stated that repairing the existing units would be almost as much as just having two new installed. At this I started to smell a scam. So I asked her to call in another company to do a complete inspection to include test the air and would not ya know it, there is nothing wrong with either of our units. They completely went through both units testing the air, the flame, adjusted the setting and NO CRACKS and NO LEAKS found. Clean bill of health on both units. In reading some of the other reviews this seems to be a pattern with them. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Did a great job

I am so pleased with the work that Eric did cleaning my air ducts. He was not only kind and professional but showed exceptional work ethic.

Skylar came to our home to clean the vents but our air conditioner had just stopped working that very morning. He took the time to check it, located the problem (a fuse), and ran to Hm Depot to get a fuse. He was so helpful and kind. Good people!

It was very good ,and they cleaned up

I would give this company a negative review if I could. Stay away. Their tech, John J., mislead us (lied outright) and made promises he had no intention of keeping. He did not do the work paid for or provide the equipment promised. About $6,000 later, I have about $200 worth of services. The vents were filthy right after cleaning. My husband cut into one and the filth that came out of the just cleaned vent was unreal. My son checked his as well and the same thing. No vent cleaning was done! Equipment sold to us was not what was promised. We asked for the box to be left several times at 3 different houses, but alas, it was not. Thinking he carries the installed equipment around in the same box misleading clients about what they are truly getting. He cannot even provide the promised information when he is caught. What a waste of $6,000! CROOKS!
