Our general contractor subcontracted two brand new hvac systems with Airtech. Problems began immediately. Issues are summarized below and the owner is extremely unethical. See pictures attached. To summarize the issues identified after “completion”: 1. Insufficient returns installed on the first floor—two additional returns were added only after we raised the concern. 2. Two supply lines were blowing directly into the attic. 3. Heat was nonfunctional for two weeks. 4. Ongoing AC refrigerant issue. 5. Bathroom vent fans installed incorrectly. 6. Condensation line not hooked up and flooded basement

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Airtec service, (dev, Elijah, Oleh, and Dan) for a complete HVAC system change-out, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their team demonstrated the utmost professionalism and expertise. What stood out most was their exceptional work ethic. The crew arrived on time each day and worked diligently to ensure the job was completed efficiently and to the highest standards. They were also incredibly respectful of my home, taking great care to protect my property and clean up thoroughly after themselves. I highly recommend Airtec service to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their commitment to quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction is truly outstanding. Have dealt with Airtec many times on a couple different projects and they are nothing but professional. Danny is easy to get in touch with. He comes out to the job assesses the job and then he has the work done professionally. Never have had an issue and I would highly recommend.

Working with Airtec was nothing short of a nightmare. They were a subcontractor on our full home renovation, and in hindsight it’s hard to say what was worse—the blatantly shoddy workmanship or their complete refusal to correct their mistakes, even after charging us additional payments beyond what our builder had already paid them. Their lack of attention to even basic details led to a flood in our brand-new basement and, separately, damage to our bathroom ceiling. It’s also worth noting that a recent 5-star review from our “project manager” below claiming he “never had any issues” with Airtec does not reflect our experience. Representing otherwise is, at best, misleading.

Great experiences with Airtec Service. They replaced a furnace in my house a little while ago and was very pleased with the work. Very knowledgeable technicians and installed impressive ductwork for the furnace. They are my go-to for service as well. Highly recommend!

Our AC official gave out last year. The 2 window AC units we had were ok but we needed full coverage for the house. At first we thought PSE&G would replace it but since our AC was so old and not put in by them, they didn't want to touch it. We were recommended to Airtec by my dad and it was the best decision we made. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly. A huge thanks to Sherry for answering all of our questions, Dan for his friendly smile and coming over to assess our mess, and Devin and Tom for speedy installation and even installing our new smart thermostat. Truly appreciate everyone here! ❤️

We chose Airtec Service to install two Mitsubishi Heat Pump ducted systems as well as one ductless unit in one large room as a supplemental to replace our old heating and cooling system on the 2nd floor. The installation team did an amazing job. They arrived promptly and clean up beautifully. The team ran into a few challenges because the configuration of our house is complicated and old. They solved each problem without any issues. And they finished the job on time as promised. We had the systems installed in May this year (2023). We waited 6 months to post this review because we wanted to make sure the systems work well in the Summer as well as Winter. The systems run efficiently with no issues. Our electricity bills have been lower compare to our past bills. We are going to receive tax credit for our tax return! We are happy to switch to the heat pump system!! Shirley at the office was also helpful, patient and responsive. We have been recommending them to our friends for any heating and cooling services. And we will use them again when we are ready to replace our 1st floor system with the Mitsubishi Heat Pump ducted system!

I can't say enough about this company. From Dan, Sherry and the two installers. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and showed how much they really care about their customers. We had a new gas furnace and AC unit installed two days ago. Everything went smoothly. We would recommend them to anyone needing their services. What a pleasure to see and work with people who care about their service. Excellent company and excellent service all around.

Of course while it was super warm, our ac unit stopped working. We had a few different companies to get quotes. Some of the big name companies came out and even charged us to look at the unit to tell us there was nothing more to do. On top of that the furnace also went. Airtec was quick to come out and give a quote. The woman in the office was great with helping figure out a good financing program. All the installers were super nice and very clean. Even the electrician they used was great and very informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

I could not be more pleased by the responsiveness, professionalism, and value of Airtec Services. I have been working on "borrowed time" with my HVAC unit for the past several years. When I could not cool the house down below 78 degrees I knew there was a problem. I was able to hear back from Airtec quickly. Dan was at my house the next day to take a look at my system and provide a quote. Once we agreed on the details, I was able to get an install date only a few days later. Sweltering hot evenings of 80-90 temperatures inside my second floor condo unit can finally become a distant memory! The techs that installed the HVAC system were professional, on time, and very easy to work with. Just by seeing them talk to each other shows how serious they take their jobs and their customers. I received updates throughout the day on how the project was coming along and was surprised that they were able to take care of everything in one day. As soon as they switched the HVAC system on I could feel the difference. Airtec provided good financing options, as well as every competitive prices. Although I always try to my business local, they beat out several competitors in my area. Thank you for making a me a very satisfied customer!

Airtec Service is excellent! The staff(from scheduling to techs) were knowledgeable, professional, and worked with me at every level! The new 18-month interest-free payment plan allowed me to get the work I needed without worry. The new York A.C. system (replacing my outdated system) is more energy efficient and is running great!

I personally own and run a remodeling business and have brought in Airtec to do work for multiple homeowners. Their technicians are quick to schedule estimates, efficient in sending proposals, extremely responsive, schedule work in an appropriate timeframe, and do fantastic installations. I would highly recommend Airtec to anyone that is looking for a high-quality company.

There service was excellent Tom was very courteous and knowledgeable. There price was very reasonable. Being a first caller and hoping for the best they were very professional. Not expecting them to show up on the hottest day of the year. They were here when they said they would be and this proved to me that there are still businesses that care about us. Thanks again you have a customer that will not hesitate to call back. Well called back for heat problem and as usual they were quick and reliable . That was 3 years ago and they were dependable . Thanks Tom. Well had them back again for air conditioning problems, had to way a few days but could understand the busiest it was with the hot weather. Eileen was helpful setting up an appointment and when they came out Tom was very professional worked his best to figure out the problem and solved it. Wait for the damage of over two hours of work, figured the bill was going to be high but believe me it was reasonable. Thanks again airtec for your professional beings.

The guys showed up on time, did a great job installing our new A/C unit and installing new duct work. Very reasonably priced and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

AIRTEC- What a great team! From office to field. Dan, Sherry, Teddy and everyone in that team (sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) are nice and respectful. We had a new furnace and central air put in June 2022 and they did a wonderful job. Last month we had our backyard and patio re-done so we needed AIRTEC again to disconnect and re-connect the AC unit while concrete is being poured in the backyard. When I asked how much it cost? Sherry said “you owe nothing. WE TAKE CARE OF OUR COSTUMERS.” Wow!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE STARS!

Very poor service they charged us $620 to refill the freeon gas and give us the warranty for 30 days but then it didn't work when we call them they said it is ahas leak and then denied the warranty even the office manager is very uncooperative I don't know how they run business like this we waited the whole week for appointment and now it is 2 weeks problem still not solved like how unprofessional they are no compensation and they shouldn't fill in the gas and charged us if they suspect the leak but they did and charged us the money definitely not recommending to anyone they are horrible just charge you money.

The WORST. Called 2 weeks ago when our a/c had an issue- they said they would call the following Monday to set an appointment. That Monday the guy calls me that he's going to be at my house in 5 minutes, no notice or appointment. Scheduled appointment for that Friday. Came out said the motor needs a part, charged over 100 and said he would order the part and call us Monday. Monday was a holiday so no call, fine, then Tuesday nothing- I called, woman in office said he would call back. All day Wednesday, nothing. Then she says the part still has to be located- still no call from the technician who was supposed to call. Woman was very rude- I asked for check back and will find someone else. She had the nerve to say that they can't be expected to call everyone back within 24 hours...hello but more than 24 hours have passed since Monday, and even yesterday when I called to follow-up. Very unprofessional. Only call if you like to wait with no follow-up and zero professionalism.

Do not use them if you want a quality service . We had our brand new units installed over a year ago and had nothing but problems since. Just to name a few: 1) units were attached to a sheetrock instead of a beam. They started leaning away from the walls onto the beds below 2) AC units suddenly stopped working shortly after installation 3) water lines were not properly installed to route the water away from the house. Currently water is dripping right outside of one of the bedroom windows onto the roof below. They tried to fix this, but the problem is still there 4) One of the units started leaking inside the house after they fixed leaning away issue. We are not able to use a bedroom since May because of this leak. I lost count how many times they came over for each of the issues or how many times I had a phone conversation with their owner to report a new one. Her only response is " let me call you back". She rarely does.

Very negative experience, I explained the issues we were experiencing with the Central air, even with that information they diagnosed different issue and charge for less that half hour work $300, next day the AC had the same issues. The job was not guaranteed because I believed they know the AC will have same issues . I felt they just only came to take my money . No satisfactory with this job Sara

Really great service and they explained everything really plainly for me to understand. I called the day of and the heating was fixed within the next couple of hours. Thanks for all the help! Will definitely be calling them for any issues that arise in the future

"We don't want to get involved with that"? is the response I got. Hey, atleast she was honest about it but why operate as a HVAC service company then?

Ac not working came diagnosed it and repaired the same day. A++ would highly recommend.
