It is nearly impossible to find a family owned company like AC Medic that has good old fashioned values providing excellent service at a fair price.

Cn Dec 21 2022 our gas furnace died. Couldn't get parts "supply chain issues". Got jerked around by one company waiting for the part before switching to AC Medic / Bob Edmondson (recommended by a neighbor). AC Medic installed a Coleman made in USA furnace within a week. Very impressed by Bob who does what he says when he says he will do it. As you will see in countless 5* reviews, AC Medic cares. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

AC Medic Itâ s not easy finding a good company to provide services, if youâ re a new resident to an area.   We had just moved from Ewa Beach, Hawaii to Prescott Valley, Arizona.   In my case, I asked my new neighbor, a plumber, if he knew of someone good to repair/replace my AC/Heat Pump system.  He said, â Call Bob, Iâ ve recommended him a lot over the years and have never got a complaint.â Then he handed me a card, from his truck, for AC Medic and I called.  I knew nothing about the company other than what my neighbor had said. However, from the outset of the call, â She was friendly, professional and sounded like she caredâ . So I made an appointment, which I later rescheduled because of the weather, â snowâ . Meeting Bob, was a continuation of my call and first impression, â He was friendly, professional and he sounded like he caredâ . So after asking for an estimate and going on Bobâ s advice, I purchased a new unit, scheduled installation, put down a deposit, and still hoped my impressions (and neighbor) were correct. The installers were also â friendly, professional, and they caredâ !! Joshua and his team, (sorry guys Iâ m horrible on remembering names), cared about the quality of their work, doing a GOOD job, and making sure everything was done the proper way, unlike the people that installed the unit that was being replaced. After just asking my new neighbor for a recommendation, I now agree with him! AC Medic is a good company! Give them a call!!

Whether crawling around under the house, outside dusting off or sitting with us explaining his process, he patiently answered every question I asked. His problem-solving skills were obvious! IT WAS NOTHING CATASTROPHIC!!! I am a full believer in this family-run operation. They are part of a larger group, vetting each other's services and as a result, I plan to call for other recommendations. THANK YOU for the kind service. I purchased a new HVAC unit and had it installed. I had seven companys give me estimates an AC medic was the lowest. Also they realy cared about proper installation of the unit and replaced substandard ductwork at no extra charge.

After a ghastly quote for repair from another outfit caused me to get a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad to have found ac medic on Home Advisor!!! Bob fixed our problem for less than 1/10 the cost of the other co.(which also turned out to have lied about the problem). I learned a lesson about "coupon" deals! Big markup on the part (although it did include labor), but service fee was waived since there was a repair involved. We'll definitely refer this co. to everyone!!!
