A1 Filter Service

We are at the GA fairgrounds for a barrel race and my AC quit working. Mark came out, diagnosed problem and had me back up and running in 45 minutes! I was super happy with the service, reasonably priced and Mark was such a pleasure to talk to! Highly recommend!

Update: THIS PART WAS NEVER REPLACED BY EITHER MOBILE COMPANY Wrong part was replaced on our fresh water system in our RV. This was the second company to come out and charge us and not fix the SIMPLE issue. First company, Nomad Mobile RV, charged us $350 and said they checked the filter and it was fine, that we needed a new pump. The water ran for a few seconds so they said it was fixed. After ten seconds, it quit again, and they couldn't come back and said they fixed it. So we called A1. Same thing happened. Finally, we get to an RV repair shop and they found the problem in one minute..a totally clogged filter that was not checked by either of the mobile repair techs. After spending $500, we got the filter replaced with a $30 part. I haven't received an apology, much less a refund.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We called Mark of A-1 RV Mobile Repair today. We were in Cochran to camp and got locked out of our camper due to a faulty door lock. We had prepared ourselves for a very expensive lock drill-out and a replacement lock. Mr. Mark showed up and kept working on that lock and within 5 to 10 minutes (due to his knowledge of RV door locks) he had the door open and was able to lock) and only charged us the service call charge of $150 which included his mileage from the west side of Macon to the Ocmulgee Wildlife Management Area in Cochran. He saved us: ❗❗❗❗⭐⭐ $500⭐⭐❗❗❗ ⭐ Which would have been the retail cost of a brand new RV lock and replacement. Heck of a nice guy and very clearly customer service is important to him. I put him in my iPhone contacts as RV GUY WILLING TO HELP US. If you need service at a more than fair price call Mr Mark. Good people, great service!

Wow!!! What great service! Tried other services in Perry, and he is the only one that offered to help. And I'm so glad! He came out the next day and had my AC replaced within an hour! A week later, I'm in Texas with temps in the upper 90's and my AC is kicking!!!!! Thank you so much!! (He even texted me 2 days after replacement, and made sure everything was ok). I would give more stars if I could!!!

My husband called A1 yesterday and they came out today and got everything fixed! Our slide had gone out,but wouldn't work to come back in! They were able to fix it and it works great now! We also had a water leak and they immediately found the problem, fixed it and now my rv is ready for camping! I feel the price was reasonable! I would definitely recommend and will call again the next time I have issues!

We had a problem with our propane regulator and spent a night in the campground with no operating stove or furnace. I called and spoke with Matt. He had two jobs ahead of mine but was here one hour earlier than he quoted. Matt was very pleasant, professional, and knew what he was doing.We were up and running in no time and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this repair company. These guys are so awesome! When we were really in need of help they arranged their schedule to come to our rescue. It was necessary to order a part, which took them making a daily phone call to the manufacturer so the minute it was off back order they could have it ordered and shipped. Today the job was completed today and we are so thankful for their expertise, knowledge and friendly service. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Mark and his crew did an awesome job on a difficult repair on our RV. He came to our sight and did everything and more to fix our leak issue. I would 100% reccomend his company to anyone needing R V repair in central Ga.

These guys are amazing. Even though it was 7 PM at night, they picked up the phone and answered it when I called and They were the first to come out to the Fairgrounds where my electrical cord failed and i had no electricity. They were also pleasant to work with. This is the second time they've come out for an RV issue I have had so I would highly recommend these guys.

I bought a used 40ft 5th wheel and with it came lots of issues so I got A-1 Moblie Rv services they came out and was absolutely wonderful not only are they thorough but they are truly concerned about their customers. Mark is a wonderful Christian man. He has been a God sent.

HUGE shoutout to Mark and his team at A1 Mobile RV for hooking us back up in a FAST manner after our main electric plug burnt out!! They are a God send for sure!!!!

Mark does quality work! Saved me hundreds of dollars with a broken window repair and scratch repair on body. He is very knowledgeable. I wish I had known about him when I needed a fuel pump on my Cummins generator. My repair shop charged $1600. His cost would have been about $200.

Brian and crew doubled the price of the toilet, had problems finishing toilet replacement. It leaked at the base or where maybe a seal should have been. They came back out twice to fix and finish job but never showed back up to complete. Eventually no one answered our calls. Job was never correctly finished or done. I would NEVER recommend to anyone I knowor use myself

If I could give these guys 10 stars I proudly would. I called this morning and had a stubborn water filter that I could not get open to replace the filter. They came to my rescue and Josh came in and did finally loosen it and we were able to replace the filter. He noticed a small leak that he also took care of while here. Very reasonably priced and very kind guys. Thank you so much!!!!!

We live full time in our Rv and I got home from work to find my kid left the bathroom sink on full blast with the grey tank closed. I called several local places trying to find out what to do immediately because I don't get paid till next Friday and the underbelly was leaking... nobody wanted to help. They wanted the service call. As a last resort I called a random RV repair in another state... the man who answered the phone was kind enough to take the time to give me specific instructions to help me out and minimize any damage! This tells me that he cares about people and not just making money.

Yea, I called because of the good reviews too. Fridge out and door swelling. Got his $157 service call fee, spent 5min and not a single response since almost 3mo. He got 1 over on us, lesson learned.

A few weeks ago we came home to water in the hallway coming from the bathroom. And then discovered water in the room next to the bathroom and a slow drip coming from under the RV. We called several mobile RV repair services but A-1 Mobile was able to move some things around to get to us the same day. When they got here, they discovered the source of the leak within minutes and had a solution. Apparently, the leak was coming from a faulty shower faucet and was leaking behind the wall. He happened to have a brand new one on his truck that had a similar appearance and finish as our broken one. He replaced and sealed it and had us fixed in about 30 minutes total. I would recommend and use them again! (But hopefully I won't have to.)

Mark is a super nice guy! Helped us when our heat went out in the middle of a cold snap. We just needed a larger fuse. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it and got our heat back up and running in just a couple hours. Nice to know there are honest people out there like him.

If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT recommend at all. My camper got struck by lightning and i wanted to get it looked at. He took hours to respond and told me he would reach out the next day to let me know when he could come look at it. two days past and i had to reach out myself and he answered the next day. he did come by for 10 minutes and checked a couple things and charged me the $150 fee. he said nothing was wrong but the next day everything started to get worse. i texted him back hoping he could at least give some advice to what might’ve been going on and he didn’t respond until 4 days later and i texted back and i never heard back. it’s now been 2 weeks with no response. I will be reaching out to someone else. again i DO NOT recommend. This has been such a stressful situation.

If I could put 0 stars I would!!! This guy cheated me out of $12k and only did $3k worth of work. Kept the camper for 9 months when he said 3 weeks at max. I wouldn't use him he is a lying cheat!!

They charged me 300.00 for a part that cost 148.00 on Amazon. They told me it would be 150.00 labor for the ac and the battery to be fixed. Should have only been 75.00 labor because they only fixed converter. Mother Board they ordered for me did not come in. Billed me 600.00 on my credit card when total cost of the over charges part. 300.00 and 300.00 labor I assume. Never received an itemized bill This is a scam

Very knowledgeable, treated every call like it was a 911. Very friendly and followed up on any questions I had.. followed up to make sure I had no more issues as well.. I won’t trust any of my Rv needs to anyone else!!

I was on a job in Perry but after I set up I realized the water hook up on my rv was broke and I could not get water in my rv. I called and they were able to come the same day. They didn't just fix it; they improved my hook up system. I knew someday the plastic fittings that came with the rv would break but I didn't know they could be replaced with much more practical sturdier pieces. Thank you so much guys! It's so much easier to hook up or fill with water now. If I ever need anything in Perry again I know who I'll call.
