If I could I would give more than 5 STARS ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. THEY WERE A LIVE SAVER . MY APARTMENTS WERE NOT FIXING MY A/C . I was really worried how my kids were going to sleep at 84 temp inside the apartment. So I found rescue cooling . They came literally less than an hour . If you’re in a budget I suggest to pick up the equipment. Or they can deliver and set up everything for you . If you’re looking for something while your ac is broken . I highly recommend to call them and ask about the equipment rental ! Totally worth it . Thank you Mo ! I will definitely contact back if needed (:

LIFE SAVERS!! 10 out of 10 highly recommend. My air went out at the worst time ever, Aug in Houston!!!!! Rescue Cooling did just that…..RESCUED and COOLED my family. Their customer service is impeccable. Mo was the absolute BEST! If it were not for Mo and Rescue Cooling, I think my family and I would have been cooked……literally

The customer service on all fronts was great with this Company. I called on Sunday night because the compressor on my AC went out and it was a going to be a few days of enduring the Houston heat, before a solution was available. I searched up temporary Cooling solutions and was routed to Rescue Cooling Website. From the onset of contact, the pleasance and helping attitude to provide me with cooling systems to help manage the situation was amazing. Techs arrived when promised and the cooling solutions made the whole fiasco much easier to deal with. Thanks to Nick, Mo and the whole team for collectively wonderful experience in a time when customer service and effort is hard to find!

This company is the best! My compressor went out and my AC unit has to be replaced. They brought out a mobile unit quickly the gentleman were fast and professional. I highly recommend them. The name says it all. Rescue Cooling!!!

I called Rescue Cooling due to my blower fan going out and needing to cool down my house during a heat advisory. They were quick with a response, gave clear cut pricing and are very well at explaining the process. I ended up having to cancel because the part was arriving same day! - That never happens. They were so nice and accommodating and said if we needing anything else to reach out. I am sure living in Houston we will need their full service, and they will gladly be my first choice!

We had a great experience with Rescue Cooling last week! Our AC went out and we rented units to cool the bedrooms while we waited for the back-ordered hvac part. They cooled the rooms to 65 in just a couple hours - truly exceeding my expectations. My goodness, these guys are a lifesaver! Our a/c unit at home gave up and we had to figure out a way to stay cool until it could be replaced. I found Rescue Cooling online and they were super friendly. They offered delivery and setup of a portable unit for a reasonable price, but knowing my budget was going to take a hit with new a/c, I asked if I could pick up the rental. They accommodated me with no trouble. We’re sleeping cool until our new unit is installed, and I’ll be passing their info on to anyone who needs it!

Had an AC problem at our beach house that we thought we'd get fixed before getting down there. However, due to a part needing to be ordered, it was going to be a day or two. Since we were heading down and it still hadn't been repaired, I called up Rescue Cooling Rentals and had them deliver a couple of units THAT NIGHT so that we could start cooling the living room down. They did hit a delay (~2 hours) in dropping off the units but they set it up quickly. Pickup was even easier. Just texted them that we were done and they came down about 2 hours later and picked it up. They said that they are 24/7 and that is a big bonus in case we have trouble again. I will definitely use them again if we find ourselves in a bind.

Our AC went out on Saturday before Hurricane Beryl came through Houston. I want to say a HUGE thank you to Mo from Rescue Cooling for coming out and setting us up with 2 units during our time of need. When 1,000,000 people were knocked out of power during the Houston Storm, Rescue Cooling was one of the only companies who understood how steessful an evening it was. They were able to get me 3 units for my girlfriend and 10 week old son within an hour. Transport, set up, boom ready to go. Can’t thank Mo & his team enough for their expediency and thoughtfulness to get the job done well and quick. I wouldn’t not hesitate to call them again under any circumstance. Our Ac went out and we couldn’t get our ac company out until the next day. Rescue Cooling came to the rescue and delivered a mobile ac unit within two hours. We slept comfortably that night with the unit. This is our second time to use this company and I will continue to call them when we have an ac issue.

I found Rescue Cooling back when they were in Dallas and then they also expanded to Houston which was a huge deal for my company. We love them and couldn't imagine dealing with this heat without them. They're fast, friendly and always there when we need them. If I could give more stars, I'd give a million. I will always recommend this company for AC and Heating accommodations when the HVAC system is malfunctioning.

I never knew there were residential emergency a/c services available. I google searched and found Rescue Rentals. The customer service was top-notch. We got same day service of our a/c going out. Rescue Cooling is the best!
