AirTech and Mark Miller responded by calling me almost immediately after my online inquiry to Home Advisor's for service on my gas furnace. It was on December 23rd, Saturday approximately 6pm. He came within the hour and fixed the problem with my furnace. Considering a weekend, after hours and also a holiday weekend at that, extremely reasonable price. I would use them again and I would recommend them highly, as well.

Ryan and Mark are wonderful people to deal with. They are very professional and did a great job in replacing my HVAC last October 2023. They quotation for the job is very reasonable and finish on time and did a clean and great job. They have been honest with everything they presented and did with their job. They are like family that I can trust.

Miracle. They drew were to the house within 15 minutes of our call and my request. Repair made an hour later.

They were very prompt coming to see problem . They came back with appointment to replace furnace. they were honest and didn't try to sell most expensive unit .

Quick service and tech answered my follow up phone calls/texts for a day and a half. He was going to come back until we realized it wasn’t the product/service, the breaker was tripped. Lol

My furnace went off on Friday night. The temperature outside was predicted to be close to single digits. Airtech responded to my call within a few minutes, and promised to be here within the hour. They arrived, fixed the furnace, and were polite and neat. The bill was very reasonable. Whenever I need service, I will call them. Happy customer.

Professional ,knowledgeable

Came out and determined pilot om furnace was out. Done in 10 minutes. Was charged $ 150. They also claimed since my heater was older they could replace for *about $ 3200* which translated means several hundred over that. Their contractors cost for furnace after I priced would be about 850.00. So even after say a mark up to $ 1100, at their quote labor would have been about $ 350-400 per hour which is more than triple their usual rate.. On top of that, the pilot light went out so I had to have Southern CT Gas come out. For $125, they cleaned the system including filing the bottom of the gas *grill* apparatus, replaced the thermocouple, and cleaned and re-lit pilot. Also said the system is running well, 100% despite its age. In my opinion, Airtech is a disreputable company.

Prompt and thorough. Vey responsive and attentive to our need to get this project handled in a timely fashion.
