I submitted a quote request through Angi. I was contacted within an hour after submission by an associate. The associate was very professional and courteous. I explained the problem and the associate informed me that there was a $79 service fee. She then stated that a technician could come out within 2 hours. I agreed. Noah Kitchen arrived within an hour an began inspection of my a/c system. He tightened some loose wires, checked the attic for any air handling issues. Noah Kitchen was professional and courteous. He charged an additional $10 for tightening the wire, I suppose.

Ethridge replaced our entire AC system, indoors and out. Installation was fast and professional. However, about nine months later when the heat of the summer set it, it seemed that the cooling was inadequate and we asked them to reinspect it. They found a micro-leak in the coils–a defect in manufacturing, not installation–and promptly replaced it under parts and labor warranty. Excellent service, much appreciated.

I have been a customer of theirs for 14 years I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

Best experience ever with a contractor. They asked me every step of the way if I liked something in the position they wanted. I wanted my lines replaced from my heat pump to the unit and to keep them in the wall. They were able to do this with no trouble. I asked them to route my return differently and they performed this with no problem. You won't go wrong with this contractor.
